"Sounds good," Em agreed, curling up against him on the couch.

Noah held her close, rubbing her back. "Talk to me, darling. About anything," he hummed.

"I'm just stressed about not passing because I mean I've only came to impress my parents but even they don't even care and i'm sure if I fail they'll be dissapointed and they don't even know about us." She started.

Noah paused. "You haven't told your parents about us?" He breathed. Noah told his parents almost everything about their relationship even though Em and they had never met.

"No and I don't know why I haven't I just-I just don't know how to without them just saying something sarcastic or not even caring. I want them to care about you, about us."
