Sage could tell she was uncomfortable, and it worried him, but he didn't say anything. He didn't want to annoy her

Eventually, the pain went away after long and agonizing minutes lasting for nearly a half hour. She sighed and tucked into Sage, just needing him. "I'm fine now" she muttered

Sage nodded, just wrapping an arm around her. "Good," he noted softly, kissing her head gently.

Amira nodded

Now that she was feeling ok, sage was getting tired. "Try and get some sleep then, if you're ok," he whispered, just curling in with a yawn.

Amira nodded and slowly drifted off

Once she was asleep, he relaxed and curled in. He did check on their daughter before going to bed

Amira woke an hour later or so and got up, her cramps at next level as she kept from doubling over in pain. She sighed and made coffee

Sage was still asleep when she got up, so he didn't know she was hurting again

Amira was kept out ingredients for makig breakfast but had to sit on the floor, clutching her torso from the pain.
