"Yes, yes you are a good mother. You're a good lover, heck, i'm glad you're not like, obsessed with me and actually let me leave without throwing a fit. You're perfect the way you are," Caden said again, eyes still gleaming.

Rosa cracks a small smile, "You mean it?"

Caden's expression reamined the same even when she smiled, looking as though he was on the verge of going silent in thought, but his eyes-oh his eyes. They held more emotion than details on the Mona Lisa, sadness and concern the main palette, however others were spread as details. "I mean it." He said softly, letting go of her hand after giving it a squeeze.

Rosa notices how upset he looked. It was her fault wasn't it? She looks down, "I'm sorry for being an inconvenience" she says, ashamed

Caden was slightly taken aback when she apologized for being a inconvenience, she wasn't......right? "No no, it's just," He paused, letting out a breath he didn't know he was holding before straightning his face out and looking back at her. "You.....you could've said something. Woken me up before you did it, did....did I even come into your mind when you were in the bathroom on the floor? Did the twins? Or did you simply think those lies you were telling yourself about 'being a bad mother and lover'?" Caden asked, voice quiet and soft, yet raw.
| |
Rosa nods, "You're always in my mind" she replies softly. "But the voices, they were overpowering"

"Just, you could've come and gotten me. We could've talked about it, but don't ever do this again, please." Caden asked of her, concerned.

"It's fine just, talk to me next time, okay?" He asks, taking her hand again.
| |
Rosa nods, "I will" she promises
