Remy smiled, letting him help.

Sage sort of took over it all, wanting Remy to not have to worry about it. He busied himself with it, gently putting the cream on it and then wrapping it all up again

Remy smiled softly and watched on. "Thank you," he whispered, leaning over to kiss him.

| |

Sage smiled softly when Remy thanked him, kissing him back with a sort of hum. "It's the least I can do," he mused, a slight frown crossing his face when the guilt hit him again.

Remy took his hand, rubbing the back of it. "I'm okay, they'll heal up," he whispered reassuringly.

Sage sighed softly, moving to curl in. "I know," he noted. "But I should have been there. I promised you I would be."

Remy held him close, "Baby, don't worry about it, we already apologized on both sides of this. We were both in the wrong, but we're okay now,"

Sage let out a soft breath and a nod. "I know," he sighed. "But I still want to make it up to you."
| |
| |
Remy kissed his head, "You don't have to my love, you already do so much for me," he whispered.
| |

Sage felt a small smile form on his face in response to remys comment. "I know," he noted with a chuckle. "But I like taking care of you," he admitted. He knew sometimes he worked too hard to do that but ...he wanted to care for his family.
