Nate put his hand against the window. "Its okay, baby. You were protecting our child. He might not be here without you. I could never be angry with you for that," Nate said gently. Hunter, sitting on the table, crawled up to the glass in between them and put his hand on the glass, smiling at his mom.

"Six. Months." Dakota said, emphasising every word. "How could you still want me after this?"

"You were protecting me and our baby," he gave her a soft look. "It's only 6 months, you'll be out in no time, and we'll come and visit everyday,"

"You don't need to." She said quietly, taking a shaky and guilty breath. "What do you think this looks like for Hunter? For you?"

Nate shook his head. "I don't care what it looks like for me. I'm in love with you and nothing will change that. For Hunter, he's so young it won't matter,"
