Sage felt his lips twitch slightly, a sprt of amused smile just lingering on his face as he shook his head. "I think I'm more likely to drive you nuts than she is," he noted, tossing a few more sticks onto the fire and then flopping backwards onto the ground with a sigh.

"Oh boy, how fun.Seems that part of you hasn't come out because you haven't done anything to drive me nuts....yet." She corrected herself, watching as he flopped back.

Sage hummed lightly and shrugged. "I piss everyone off," he noted. "I'm rather surprised you're still hanging around," he admitted. "Though I'm certainly not complaining about the company," he added. It got lonely out here without someone to talk to.

She shrugged, having only been pissed by him once. "Eh, you've only pissed me off once so I wouldn't call that a achievement." Elara mumbled, smirking lightly when he said he enjoyed the company. "I'm staying since heck, I ain't going back to that hell of a castle.I'm not complaining about it either, it's too quiet sometimes out here."

Sage just gave her a grin and shrug. "Well I'm sure more is coming," he mused. "You're stuck with me now," he added, sort of teasing the girl lightly. At her next comment though, he nodded along. "It gets lonely pretty quickly if you let it," he noted. "I got used to it after a while, but it is nice to have someone to talk to."

"Yeah, guess I am.It's not like it's a bad thing, though." Elara muttered, flicking her gaze back to him. "Hey, I like lonely." She mused, glancing over at Varys.

Sage hummed softly and shrugged. Well, as long as she wasn't tired of him, he'd stick around. She wasn't so bad, after all. When she spoke up again, he offered her a small smile. "No offense, but you haven't been truly lonely. I've seen you with the guards and your brother. You have people you can talk to about things," he noted. "There's a line between liking being alone sometimes and liking never having anyone to help you or to ask questions to or just get things out of your head."

"None taken.I can't agree with you more, I mean, half the time Nate likes to act like he doesn't exist or doesn't know me but follow me and it drives me nuts, with Dovion he knows if I want to be 'alone' or not.The only actual alone I have is whenever I would sneak out of the castle to the woods, the stupid guards would always follow me except when I snuck out, every other time they would and it would suck.Honestly, you don't eve have privacy if you're a royal." Elara explained, shrugging.

Sage grunted in response to her comments and nodded with a sort of shrug. "That's fair," he noted. "Personally, with as many guards as you have I'm not sure why they wanted to hire someone to defend you all the time," he admitted, wrinkling his nose slightly. "Seems like a waste of money. Then again, that probably doesn't matter when you have an entire castle."

|
"Eh, I suggested it because it pays well.Thought I could give somebody a way of profit which, you got.And then Nate knows I 'ran away' and I've asked him if I ever go back to give me roughly a sack or two of coins and then three sacks of coins for you, as that's your pay." Elara spoke, petting Varys.
