Sage snorted and rolled his eyes. "I just rolled off the horse," he huffed. "That was a wonderful splash. It was bigger than yours." He found it all rather amusing though....he certainly wasn't upset.

"You want a wonderful splash?" Quinn smiled daringly, then heaved water up out of the river with her hands and doused Sage till he was soaking wet. "That. Was a wonderful splash." She laughed, joking

Sage gave the girl a playful grin when she splashed him and sent a wave her way, eyes glittering. "That was an even better wave," he cackled. They were both soaking wet, and probably cold, but it was well worth it.

Quinn wrinkled her nose as the water splashed over her. "Okay, you got me." She chuckled. She grabbed a bucket, swiping up water and climbed up onto a tree branch that overhung the river. Then she leapt off, dumped the water on Sage's head, and managed a flip at the end landing on her feet. "I may not be strong but I am agile and quick." She snorted, seeing his dripping hair. Sahara neighed, a kind of laugh.

Sage groaned lightly and rolled his eyes, giving the mare an amused glare when she seemed to laugh at him. "Just you wait until I can move without dying," he teased the girl lightly. "I'll get you back, don't you worry."

"Ha! You can try." She teased back. Quinn stretched her arms, walking over and grabbing a flat piece of bark. She stripped the top part off so only the smooth underside showed, then got out a small dagger and started carving into it. When she was finished she showed it to Sage. "How do you like it?" Quinn asked. She had drawn a picture of a moon with clouds drifting over it, lighting up a dark sky with the outline of a horse standing on a cliff with its mane blowing in the wind. It was very detailed for a knife sketch

Sage chuckled slightly and crawled over to sit down next to her before squinting at the bark. "What is it," he teased her lightly, knowing he could do that since it was so good. Afterwards, he chuckled and nodded, giving the girl a grin. "Looks good," he hummed lightly. "I'm better at using a pencil than a knife," he admitted with amusement.

Quinn glared at him with his first comment. "Thanks Mr making me feel better." She said sarcastically. "Anyway, thank you." She laughed at his last comment. Quinn stood, walking over to Sahara. "Hey. I drew a picture of you." She said. Sahara looked at it, then told her, "Another one?" Quinn snorted and looked back and Sage. "I might have been practicing drawing her." She said, giving Sahara a teasing grin

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded. "You're welcome," he chuckled. Then he hummed and nodded. "Horses are pretty, they're good to draw." He shrugged. "Besides, you love her. I draw chaos all the time," he hummed.

|
Quinn smiled. "Horses are fun to draw." She agreed. It was about 3 Pm. "We still have plenty of hours of daylight. Is there a place upriver where the water is deeper?" Quinn asked, shifting slightly. She still had a slight head ache.
