Sage hummed softly, thinking for a moment, before his grin turned mischevious. "What if we have cake," he suggested with a laugh. It would be fun
| |

Amira giggled. "Sure, silly" She laughed, pecking his cheek and grabbing the mix
| |

Sage nodded excitedly and moved to gather the rest of the ingredients. Maybe it was a little unconventional, but....why not? They could use something fun like this
| |

Amira began reading the instructions and adding the ingredients until she put triple the milk in.
| |

Sage worked at helping to add the ingredients. He definitely made some mistakes himself, since he'd never really baked before, but he figured it would taste fine either way.

Amira went behind Sage, her hands covered in flour, before making a heart on his shirt with it and laughing. "You gotta be tired of my crap!" She exclaimed, laughing hard
| |

Sage hadn't expected her to come up behind him, so he jumped at the touch and then started laughing with her. "God, no, I love your crap," he noted with a chuckle, still laughing hard at the flour that was now definitely all over the kitchen.

| |

Amira couldn't stop laughing, her smile widest it had been for a long time.
| |

Sage wound up having to sit down on the floor he was laughing so hard. He wasn't laughing hard enough to keep him from grabbing some flour and tossing it at Amira though
| |

"Hey!" Amira exclaimed, doing the same and collapsing in laughter on the floor
