Rosa smiles, "Aww, you're so cheesy"

"So i'm cheesy for saying the truth, huh? Got it, i'll take note on that." He teased, pecking her head. "I say it's time for bed, how about you?" Caden asked, running his hand down her back.

Rosa snuggles into his chest, "Sleep sounds good, I'm comfy here" she says closing her eyes.

Caden chuckled, still smiling at her. "Alright, i'm comfy right here as well." He muttered, yawning before flicking his eyes shut.

Rosa snuggled into him, drifting off to sleep

Caden smiled at her, reaching over and turning off the lamp illuminating the room. She was perfect, she truly was, and she was also the one. I mean, hear me out, if Caden broke up with her--mind you they had kids together--that'd just suck in general, so he wasn't going to, ever. Instead what the man planned was to propose to her, take the rank of her boyfriend to fiancee instead, sounds better. He'd bought a ring with the money he had set aside from it, as he didn't make too much with the current position he was in. Caden was estatic to propose to her, planning on waiting a minute before taking her on a hike and having Brock watch the twins once more(even though the man hated doing so). Then he'd take her to the most gorgeous place he could think of, the dock on the lake at sunset, and propose there. He hoped Rosa would say yes, he truly did. But if she said no, all Caden could do was live with it.

Rosa woke up the next morning. She blinked yawning. She was surprised that she didn't hear the cries from their twins yet as they normally set the wake up alarm

Caden remained asleep, arms still wrapped tightly around Rosa as his face contorted to one of those in a nightmare. He turned, depositing Rosa to the opposite side as he trembled slightly.

 |
Rosa was concerned, where she wrapped her arms around him, hoping to comfort him. "Hey, babe" she whispers not to scare him.

Caden awoke when she whispered to him, breath heavy for a moment before he turned to her and curled into her. "He took the twins, and I couldn't do anything." The man said, voice hardly even a whisper as he buried his face into the crook of Rosa's neck, wrapping his arms around her.
