Dakota closed her eyes and thought about Arden. Losing her was horrible. She knew God had a plan though.

Jacob rode near her horse and stop then got off and walks towards Dakota

Dakota heard Jacob coming and smiled at him. The music was still playing and tears still fell down her face.

Jacob sat down and put a arm around her and said " I am so sorry honey"

"I-It's okay. I know God has a plan for us. This happened for a reason." Dakota said sadly. She laid her head on Jacob's shoulder and looked over the frozen lake.

Jacob nods and lays his head on hers and sighed low looking out over thr water

"Are you okay? I know this is hard." Dakota cried more and looked at the sky. "I miss her."

jacob said " if i only knew i could probable save her"

"No Jacob. It was instant." Dakota shook her head and wrapped her arms around him in a hug.
