Caden pecked a kiss to her neck, pulling her closer by just a hair to feel her warmth radiating to him. The quiet of the room settled around them, creating a small moment of peace. Caden relaxed, his body still tense in areas that'd been used the most during his work as a ranger, everywhere else loose. It felt good, for once, to have zero duties other then simply laying in bed with his girl close to him. The man thought about reaching for the remote, but didn't know if Rosa wanted a movie or not. He'd do anything for her, really. Even if she told him to jump off a cliff he would do it, no questions asked. After a soft moment he spoke, his voice quiet. "Do you want to watch something?" Caden asked, pointing his attention to the woman beside him.

Rosa snuggled into his embrace. "I love you" she says, leaning up to kiss him. This felt nice, and Rosa was glad they could have some time to themselves. When he mentioned the television, Rosa nods, reaching over and retrieving the controller from the side table

"I love you too," He responded, kissing her passionetly before pulling away. When she reached for the controller he loosened his arm for her to move, putting it back to its usual resting point whn she came back.

Rosa turned on the television, "what do you want to watch?" she asks, turning slightly to look up at him.

"Heck I don't care, i'll be looking at the most gorgeous thing in the room anyways." He mused, pressing a light kiss to her lips before pulling away with a smile.

Rosa blushes, gently poking his cheek with a finger. "Alright" she says putting on Top Gun Maverick.

Caden yawned, resting his head on her shoulder. "This is nice, being away from the kids for a minute."
