Saphire gave a slow nod. "Ok so... since it's not poison... can I try it again?" She asked, holding out her hand. She grinned at Rascal. "You might not like it Rascal" she said "it's 'carbonated'" she mimicked Cade then tried to contain her laugh

Cade couldn't help himself, he laughed when Saphire tried to do an impression of him. He handed her the can of soda and focused on Rascal. "I'm not sure carbonated drinks are good for wolves." He looked directly at Saphire when he said 'carbonated.'

She took it then paused. "I don't think so either" she took another sip and waited a second, the liquid swishing in her mouth as she swallowed. "Its still weird. And I perfer drinks that don't plead for its life in my mouth" she giggled.

Cade giggled. "I'm not sure I'm going to want it anymore after your lovley description." He joked.

Saphire grinned "I don't think so either" she handed it back to him then settled across from him, her knees millimeters away from his.

Cade reached back to grab his bag, tapping his knees into Saphire's in the process.

Saphire blushed a little at the accidentally touch, but her pale skin made the blush look like fire across her cheeks. She looked away then down at her hands.

Cade had grabbed the bag of cheese puffs, still half full. He passed it to her, silently.

She eagerly took the bag and stuffed her face before giving it back to him. "These are so good!" She said then looked out at the rain. "It doesn't look like it's going to let us any time soon. She saw a flash then jumped up at the deep rumble of thunder that came after. "Whats that?" She asked.

"That was lightning and thunder, It's normal, if a little scary, nothing to worry about." Cade assured her, when he was a child he hated lightning and thunder.
