The man didn't seem...upset, he almost looked relieved- with a happy expression. "Emma! I wondered where you went." The man said. Is he talking to me? She looked around, Yep. "My name isn't Emma, I'll just be going now-" She quickly said moving past the man who seemed to have stumbled forward in her direction. Are all drunk people like this? Sierra started up the stairs, hoping that man wouldn't follow her...which after thinking- if he wasn't too drunk, he would know that she was not this Emma person. Glad she was able to escape that, Sierra went into her room and locked the door. She hadn't seen Tyler at all, but she suspected since he had not gotten much sleep the night before, he was already asleep.

Tyler listened to what the man was saying. -Thinking someone is someone else...- Tyler thought, pulling a paper out of his pocket and glancing at it. -He has had five glasses of whiskey- Tyler thought with a grin, thinking that was hilarious. When someone got drunk they did different things... so with every person Tyler came across he recorded it. Now he had a long list of what would happen if they had a vertain number of a certain drink. Tyler heard Sierra going up the stairs so he climbed the tree quickly, peering up at the window. The top of the tree... was 10 feet under the window. "oops." Tyler arched an eyebrow. He finally braced his feet on a branch, then leaping upward. Tyler just barely wrapped his fingers around the windowsill, hitting the building with a huff. "Not the best way... there are stairs inside..." Tyler muttered to himself, straining his muscles and pulling himself up. He tumbled headfirst through the window, rolling in such a way it didn't make to much noise. Tyler did smack into the desk on the other side, though, which hurt. He resisted a yelp and sat there for a moment before standing, brushing off his black clothing and just... standing there

Sierra had just settled down with her book after recalling what just happened, and then she heard a loud noise from another room next to hers, and that was Tyler's room. What's he doing now? With a sigh, Sierra got out of bed and put her book down, then left her room, and crossed the hallway over to Tyler's door. "What are you even doing in there?" She said, knocking at the door, Maybe he fell and hit something... that thought seemed concerned her as she waited anxiously for an answer from him.

When Tyler heard a knock on his door his brows creased. Then Sierra's voice came. -For pete crying out loud- Tyler thought, brushing more dust and a couple leaves off of his clothes before opening the door. "Absolutely nothing." He answered flatly, raising his brows slightly at the fact she even cared. Mostl people would hear the thump and laugh, hoping he got himself hurt.

Nothing, huh? She narrowed her eyes, scanning him, then peeking past him to look inside his room, the first thing she noticed was the desk- it was in a wonky position, maybe he moved it? but Sierra didn't think that was the case. "You're lying...what happened? Are you okay?" She quickly asked, taking a few steps backward to get a better view of him. Since the sun was going down...she couldn't see any injuries- and also because he was wearing dark clothes. She looked more worried than anything, had something bad happened?

Tyler absolutely hated the way Sierra was looking at him. "I don't lie... nothing happened to me. I'm not hurt." Tyler said stiffly, refusing to show his amusement at her actually caring. He was still slightly uncomfortable, and he probably had a couple bruises... but he wasn't injured in any way that mattered. Then again, a while back someone stabbed him in the shoulder with a sword and twisted it, ripping his shoulder to shreds. It took years to heal, and he still said it was a minor injury... sooo.

Sierra took a moment to think, did she really believe him? "Your lying! Tell me what happened." She demanded. Sierra was convinced he was lying- since when she was young her father often lied to her about her mother, so, overtime, she was able to detect whether, or whether or not he was lying...which obviously she wasn't sure it worked on other people besides her father, it was especially hard to tell since Tyler was always emotionless, which she did sometimes wonder how he stayed that way, she even had issues laughing during 'serious moments' or meetings, and then she'd get scolded.

Tyler was slightly irritated at this. He wasn't lying... he hadn't gotten hurt. "Fine, the whole story? I jumped out the window, landed in the tree and possibly wrenched a shoulder but it's fine now. Then I walked around for a while before climbing back up the tree and realizing the window was 10 feet higher then the top of the tree. So i jumped up, grabing a hold of the windowsill, pulled my self up, rolled on the floor, and accidentally bumped the desk." Tyler explained, keeping his face emotionless. He knew Sierra would never stop asking unless he spoke.

Sierra stood there motionless, processing what he just said...and then she started snickering, turning away, which eventually turned into laughing. "I never knew you could make jokes," She said, glancing back at him after calming herself down. "Yeah, that's totally what happened." Sierra looked away, trying her best to stay serious..."Just don't scare me like that again" She said, her attitude completely changing. "Whatcha going to do next? climb a tall building and almost fall to your death?" Sierra said mischievously. Edited at May 24, 2023 05:48 PM by Wistera

Tyler looked confused for a moment before his face got stormy. "That wasn't a joke. I can make jokes, I just don't around you because I have the super weird feeling you might ridicule me." Tyler snorted. He was getting slightly angry. He did not like being laughed at, especially if someone was laughing at the truth. "It obviously didn't scare you too much if you're laughing about the truth." Tyler let out a slow breath of air, getting tense. At Sierra's last comment his face grew darker. "No, I'm sure I would jump off and fly, right? Because that's totally me lying." Tyler said, turning around and heading back into the room. He had a nagging feeling Sierra wouldn't take this all too well, and he also had a feeling that he wanted to do something stupid. Mostly to show her he wasn't lying.
