(maybe leaving is a good option? Since the others are NPCs for this rp XD) Amira laughed with a snort when Widow told her the berry branch has thorns "Good! Hopefully we can get ten minutes, maybe even twenty! Who knows" She said acting like she had a grudge against the colts, but she wasn't too serious. With the flick of his tail on her muzzle Amira shook her head fighting a sneeze, then grinned wider and nipped Widow's back leg "Watch yourself, colt!" She playfully mocked, she kicked a little at the melting snow "Nothing really, just eavesdropping on the others... And looking out for a nice big lake to drink from" She answered, the young mare looked him up and down "Why are you so dirty?" She asked, a smile appearing at the corners of her mouth. She glanced back at Adonis when Widow added his own opinion "Yeah I know he's not a colt anymore.." Her gaze turning into a mini glare towards Widow "No, he wasn't using me? We were foals, best friends, he liked playing with me... He's just.. Gotten busy lately" She said trying to convince Widow, but also partially trying to convince herself. She snorted and shook her mane to the other side then headbutted Widow's shoulder "What's your plans for the rest of the day?" She asked wanting to change the subject Edited at October 3, 2025 10:41 PM by Hyrule_Stables

(yeahh XD) Widow crow hopped at her nip on his hock with a snort he turned to her "whatever helps you sleep at night filly" he responded shaking his duel colored mane. "I've got nothing going. Dunny wanted to patrol my route today so I'm a extra free horse" he yawned just to add to the affect. A fluffy black and bay body bounced through the snow a few meters away. One of the newer fillys was playing in the melting snow that was chest deep..it was a rather amusing sight watching the sooty filly bounce like a spring deer across the valley. Widow shook his coat again stretching his shoulders "from what I've heard from ghost Adonis has always been a self absorbed jerk of a stud. " He poked her in the chest with his muzzle "your just wayyy to kind for your own good and can't seem to tell a good horse from a bad horse." He arche d his neck and puffed out his chest playfully "plus I've got no clue why you spend your time fussing over that buttercup (the plant) looking stallion when you have a perfect tall stocky dun right here!" He snickered at his own words finding his joke about Adonis's champagne color quite funny

(and hey I like Palomino appys they're pretty! XP) The Bay tobi mare rolled her eyes at Widow's comment "I'll have you know I'm officially a full grown mare!" She snarled playfully shooting a playful glare at the splashed white dun. She smiled brightly when Widow said he didn't have any patrols today, tilting her head slightly she thought "Free horse? Welp looks like I won't be bored then" She said enthusiastically, softly throwing a kick his direction when he yawned "Stop acting so tired you're not THAT old yet!" She demanded with a laugh "I'm pretty entertaining y'know" She snorted jumping up on her hind legs and doing some circles with her front hooves, jumping forward a few paces in a rear before falling back on all four legs "Ta-da!" She mused, Amira's expression turned soft and friendly when the sooty filly came bouncing through, watching her play in the melting snow, a sigh escaping "One of the least annoying foals" She half whispered side eyeing Widow, soon watching the filly again "Welp, if I ever have a foal? I really hope it's a filly because for the most part they're not TOO hard to handle" She said pawing at the ground then shaking her pelt to relieve a itch in her fluffy fur. Her ears went back at Widow's comment on Adonis, but they flicked back forward after a moment "Well, he has a slight ego... And hey I'm not too nice for my own good! You are!" She said back, wanting to deflect. At his next words a smirk hit Amira's face, watching him arch his neck and puff out his chest "Mhmmm right, well don't get too up yourself there Widow" She teased, glancing once more at Adonis "I just thought we'd be close forever... Oh well, I GUESS I have you now, the perfect tall stocky dun haha" She announced with a huff and a bow before getting up and giggling "Man you are the same height as me for now, you're making yourself sound flawless" She spoke in a playful teasing manner, trotting a circle around him, finally flicking him with her tail

( Click he was this color and pattern and we both thought he was hideous XC rih moldy banana) Widow snorted a huff of laughter as he watched Amira show off her moves "I never said you where boring" he said hopping skillfully around her kicks. His long mane bounced as he did so whipping him in the face. The painted stallion watched Amiras face change as the filly bounced around "you say that now but pretty sure I remember sora saying you where a God awful weanling" he teased nipping gently at her withers. He pinned his ears playfully as she pointed out the fact that he was the same hight as her "in my defense dunny is like 12 and he didn't stop growing until last year sora stopped growing when she was 4" he shot back snorting as her tail lashed across his muzzle. He hopped forward jumping in front of her to cut her circle off "and compared to most stallions my age. I am flawless " he added nipping her muzzle lightly before prancing sideways his muscles rippling through his coat. Though he was fuzzy you could still see how stocky and well muscled he was a big indicator on how much he ran every day on patrol.

(Oooohh... Right.. the diarrhoea Cosmo horse? I see ToT) Amira's smirk only grew wider "Good! I'm a very interesting horse" She added to his sentence, getting slightly agitated by the way he kept dodging her kicks, finally giving up. She rolled her brown eyes at his remark from talking to Sora "Well Adonis was a bad influence, I mostly followed whatever he did, buuut I was a bit of a handfull.. Poor Sora" She chuckled nervously feeling bad for being a brat to Sora growing up. She lifted a eyebrow (for the sake of this they have em XD) Mhmmm, well I like my height so if I stop growing in the next year I'll be happy, maybe you'll reach 18 hh and be a giant" She mused, stopping her trot circle when he hopped in front of her, ears flicking back in defiance, but getting a weird fuzzy feeling when he nipped her muzzle then side hopped to move around, Amira studied his every movement, watching how his fur fluffed, muscles shook, and trot trod. Then looked at his face when he spoke again, shaking her head "Yeah, maybe you are" She tried to sound authentic, but ended up laughing "Well, Mr perfect, I think I heard the colts rumbling over those mares, maybe they're coming to find you" She said trying to sound daunting, she turned and glared at a very inviting trail that looked like it went somewhere peaceful "Well I'm gonna go out for a bit to escape the foals, and the herd I guess, just a few hours, if you want you can come keep me company, orrrr you can stay and play with the needy colts" She giggled at the thought of Widow being ambushed, flicking his face once more with her tail before picking up a trot away from the others

Widow watched Amira trot away, he watched her with a confused tilt in his head until he heard the sqeal of one of the rowdy colts. Without wasting any time he reared Into a canter after the tobiano. "No way your ditching me with those heathens!" He exclaimed when he drew in stride with her breaking down to a trot. "So uh, where exactly are we going?" He shook his mane as a tree branch yanked the long strands threatening to rip them out. "Are we making our grand escape now?" He hopped over a icy puddle with a playful snort "or do we wait to run till we have a total path of success through the jungle " he was definitely over exaggerating. The wooded part of the valley was wide and dense but the worst animals in their where the occasional grizzly and skinny bobcats that had no fight left in them after starving because of the lack of prey. Widow pranced sideways a few strides to look at Amiras face. She wasn't good at hiding the was she was feeling you could take one glance at her and practically read her thoughts based off her expression. He sneezed as a bug flew past his face still waiting for Amiras response.

Amira chuckled as Widow quickly caught up to her saying he was staying with those colts, evening her stride to match his, like twins. She looked at him when he asked where they were going then looked forward to think "Umm.. I don't really know yet, I just felt like exploring while the herd is finally at a standstill" She answered, though she knew it wasn't much of a answer, at Widow's next question her ears swivelled leaning back a bit, she remembered opening up to Widow a few months ago about wanting to leave the herd when Spring came, but now that spring was creeping up on them, she wasn't so sure anymore about leaving, it seemed scarier to think about then she imagined. But, the way he worded the two questions was funny, so once they were well into the wooded area out of the herd's sight and hearing range she halted and turned to him "Well... I wasn't exactly planning on leaving today. But, do you think now is a good time? The grass IS growing back so hunger shouldn't be a issue for us.. Hmmm.." She thought some more, glancing around then back at the painted stallion "Would you be up for a adventure? Who knows maybe we might find our own here, we could be the new Sora and Ghost if we tried.. But better, because we're us, far more interesting" She said with a light laugh wanting to make it a fun conversation

Widow continued to jig sideways his hips making that odd sound that most horses did when they where engaging their hind end. "I'm always up for adventure" he snorted his ears swiveled at her last sentence and he laughed the sound hearty but soft as it rumbled from his chest. "I don't think one could get more interesting then ghost. Butt we could totally go for that theme" he straightened out now trotting normally. His coat was fuzzy but shiny and healthy despite not having much food throughout the winter while the other horses got noticably thin and lost their muscle mass and shiny coats, But widow stayed the same his coat stayed shiny and he had kept his muscle and didn't loose much weight. It was a mystery to the herd how his health didn't decline but nobody cared to ask him about it so he just lived on with his shiny paint coat

Amira smiled softly at his response and nodded "Ok then, I guess maybe our grand escape should be now! Buuut you don't want to go say goodbye to your colt fans?" She mocked, nodding back in the direction of the herd. Her mind going to Adonis, was she really willing to leave without saying a word to Adonis? Well he left her out most of the time since they were yearlings, so yes she didn't think he'd notice her absence anyway... She looked back at Widow, scanning his body "Well first let's find a river or stream to get you cleaned up, you're not coming near me with all that mud" She demanded in a joking manner, turning and looking around "Umm, do you know where to go from here?" She asked
