Adrien just watched, not stepping in or anything. He just watched. Like he was supposed to. He still looked tired though, and his eyes had zero shine in them. Detective Krin groaned. "You're an annoying brat eh? Great. Well, thank you for confirming. We already know you, Nikolai Ryslov, 22, male." She said with an eye roll. "Do you know why your here?" She asked before noticing Nikolai's eyes on Adrien. She snapped in front of his face. "Eyes here, he's not important." She snapped. "Now, answer me. Do you know why your here?" She asked again. Adrien didn't seem bothered, people called him unimportant or useless quite a bit. Despite him being the only reason half of them were still alive... Edited at May 19, 2024 04:36 PM by Oakwood Barn

Lynx flashed a charming smile to the woman in front of him. "Thank you for noticing. I try very hard." He mocked, shrugging. "Well, if you didn't, that would be embarrassing for you, wouldn't it? But good job, you found out all the most basic information possible. Would you like a medal?" He asked sarcastically, chuckling softly at her eye roll. So easily irritated. He raised his eyebrows in a mock innocent expression for the question, pressing a hand over his heart. "Oh, I haven't the foggiest. I'm sure you'll inform me." He mocked. He glanced at her fingers in front of his face and a grin slid slowly over his features. He very much wanted to take that hand and squeeze until he heard cracking, but refrained for the moment, turning his gaze deliberately to the man in the corner. "Oh, he is now. Hello, lovely." He purred softly, a mockingly seductive tone of voice as he flashed a wink to the guard. If it bothered her, he was absolutely going to do it. He slid his gaze back to the woman, as though it were a real effort to pretend she were worth his time. "I just did, you prickly bitch. Get on with your questioning." He scolded, looking back at the guard pleasantly.

Detective Krin rolled her eyes again. "He's useless, so stop. Just answer the question and we can both get this over with." She growled. "You're in here because you robbed a bank. Well, tried to." She said, Smirking. "So, I want to know why." She said. - After Adrien had been talked to he just stared back blankly, his tired eyes void of emotion as he stared at Nikolai.

"Stop insulting him, you're hurting his feelings. You must've been the elementary school bully when you were younger." Lynx scoffed, studying the guard intently. He couldn't see much, except for the fact that he looked like the walking dead. He shrugged at her attempt for an insult, still noting the guard. "Yes, well, we can't all make a living on preying off the weak like you do, can we?" He commented idly. He snorted in response to her question. "Why does anyone rob a bank? If you need to ask that question, you don't deserve an answer." He chuckled, shaking his head.

Adrien just stayed silent, watching. He couldn't do much else. - Detective Krin frowned. "Actually, people rob banks for things different then money." She huffed in annoyance. She interrupted him before he could respond. "AND, he does not get his feelings hurt. He is fine." She growled in annoyance at Nikolai. - Adrien supposed that was true enough. Considering it was difficult to get his feelings hurt, and even then, he wouldn't react.

Lynx chuckled softly, letting her continue her little rampage. "Mm. Do they, though?" He mocked. "And otherwise, how do you know? Have you had a look in that pretty little head? Because even I doubt you have that kind of technology." He shrugged, watching the guard. "Shouldn't this qualify as animal abuse? The pretty boy doesn't have a thought going behind those eyes. You should get him some toys, or something. Or a playmate. I volunteer." He teased, smiling softly at the man.

Adrien watched him with a bored and tired expression. - Detective Krin rolled her eyes. "He is not an animal. He is an agent, now, why are you so desperate for money you had to rob a bank?" She asked him. Adrien had moved closer and tapped her, she smacked his hand away roughly and he got the message, backing up to the corner again and continuing to watch.

"You treat him like one." Lynx growled softly, flashing the woman a violent look with his teeth ever so slightly bared, despite the easy way he was leaning back in his chair. The violent look slipped as quickly as it came, replaced by the same bored, bemused expression. He gave her a look, as if she were the stupidest thing he'd ever seen. "...perhaps because I'm broke?" He suggested, raising his eyebrows. He was calm, watching the guard move forward until the woman smacked him. He shifted his feet instinctively and shoved the metal table across the floor, sending the edge into her gut. He was on his feet a moment after, leaning over the table with his hands braced on the edge. The chair lay on its side behind him, forgotten. "Play nice, Krin." He growled, tensing his knuckles on the table and then releasing it easily. He had only regurgitated the name he had heard tossed around, but he figured it was correct. He glanced to the guard, expression neutral. "My foot slipped." He explained, turning and stooping in a graceful move to lift the chair to its feet and sit back down, getting comfortable again before he waved a hand. "You may continue."

Krin growled at him and stood up, brushing herself off. She looked at Adrien and he walked over, pulling up Krin and the table, then walking over to Nikolai and grabbing his arms, pulling something off his utility belt and slapping two bands on his arms. They seemed to magnitise go the metal table, since Nikolai couldn't move. Krin looked at Adrien and snapped at him to go back to watching, and that she has got it. He did so, moving back to the corner as Krin sat back in her chair. "That was pissy of you. Now I need to know why the hell you'd do that?" She asked, sounding pissed. Lynx grinned at the guard as he approached. "Hello, gorgeous." He cooed, as if the large, towering figure grabbing his hands was a wounded animal and not his new keeper. He let the cuffs go on without a fight, calmly crossing his legs. He rolled his eyes and looked at the detective. "Really? You get the wind knocked out of you and need to cuff me up? Says a lot more about you than it does about me." He shrugged, glancing around and tapping his heels together cheerily. "So, what now, you stumpy little grump?" He asked lightly.
