"I'm not disappointed." He corrected, glancing over at her when she wasn't looking. Her wings were quite the sight. She really didn't look like an angel. He turned back to the paper. "I'm aware." He put a hand on his chin. "I just think you look like you need a pain in the ass." He scribbled something more. He turned slightly in the chair, looking back at her. "I've never seen an angel before. You are much different than I was expecting." He looked at her eyes, then glanced over her ivory wings. He had an even look on his face, he didn't seem to be very awed or amazed, he was watching her like he would any other person.

"You seemed like it." Tempe quipped playfully, taking off her leather jacket and flopping it on the bed, since it was starting to get rather warm (Dont question how she did that with wings. Dont). She rolled her eyes and settled in a chair beside him. "Yeah, just what I always wanted." She said sarcastically, surveying him in the momentary silence that followed. She raised her eyebrows at him with his comment. "Well, we aren't really supposed to be seen. What did you actually expect?" She asked curiously, tilting her head at him as he looked over her.

He shrugged, slightly, hearing her shuffling around. "You're welcome." He said quietly, he'd had another long and unfortunate night. Which he was going to blame on the mattress rather than some undiagnosed insomnia. He narrowed his eyes at her as she spoke, deciding carefully his next move. "A blue shirt." He stood up, taking a sip of the whiskey and walking off into the bathroom, grabbing a black t-shirt and a light-ish blue and black plaid flannel. He tossed it on the bed. "How about me? What were you expecting?" He glanced over his room, seeing her coat, he looked up to her. Crossing his arms.

Hehe- idea Eventually they get close enough that she realizes he cant sleep and does some sort of angel magic that involves some sort of cute interaction)) Tempe gave a slight smile at his answer. "Understandable. But I prefer to dress how I want to rather than how I'm expected to." She shrugged, watching him walk off and glancing at his notes again. Her smile brightened ever so slightly as he continued on. "More clothing." She said simply, stretching out and making herself quite comfortable.

Or she could only be able to make him go to sleep or very tire: so she has to keep doing it ..and can whenever she wants)) "The leather jacket was what threw me off mostly." He narrowed his eyes. "Without the wings and halo you could pass for a human." He tilted his head, crossing his arms. "Understandable." He mocked her lightheartedly. He put the black shirt on and watched her. "I bet you know my name. What would yours be?" He asked in a genuine tone.

The ultimate power hehehe)) "Hey, what can I say, I like leather jackets." Tempe huffed, lightly cracking her knuckles and looking out the window. "Yeah, well, I was human once. Still kind of am if you really think about it." She shrugged, leaning her elbow on the table and laying her head on her hand as she looked back at him. She smiled slightly at his mocking, watching him in interested silence. "I do. Nathan, the Hyena. Kind of a stupid nickname if you ask me, but whatever." She shrugged teasingly, leaning back as she looked at him. "Temperance. Call me Tempe, or Rumpelstiltskin, I don't honestly care." She shrugged. "Nice to meet you." She said sarcastically.

He walked over to the table and leaned on it, he'd at least left himself an address. "Kind of, the only difference being your wings are gonna break something." He teased, dog-earing the note and flipping it shut and tucking it in the bag, which was mostly filled with random soecialized weapons covered in sigils, random nick-nacks among other things. He looked up as she insulted his nickname. "Do you know why they call me the Hyena?" He walked over to the window and peered out, turning back. "How about Rumpy for short?" He teased. "Nate works for me." He said plainly. "But I've never heard the name Temperance in person, interesting." He admitted, walking back to the bed, the grabbed the flannel, putting it on. He was pacing, he didn't notice but he was pacing around the room.

"I'll have you know I am very graceful with my wings." Tempe scoffed, raising one to lightly smack the back of his head with a smile. She looked curiously into his bag as he opened it, tilting her head at the question. "Because you have a scarily high pitched and obnoxious giggle that happens way too often for you to be sane?" She asked sarcastically, chuckling at his suggestion. "Sure, I'll take it." She said, nodding. Nate. That was easy to remember. "No, it's not very common." She shrugged, watching him put his shirt on, tilting her head. "Do you always pace when you meet angels?" She asked sarcastically.

"Augh-" he ducked as she hit him, turning to her with a bristled look on his face. He huffed at her, at least they were soft. "Nope." He didn't intend to tell her why, she'd figure it out eventually. He had tried to stop but it was an involuntary laugh, a coping mechanism or something. "At least its uncommon 'cause it's cool not 'cause its weird." He snickered quietly, looking up at her. "I'm pacing? I'm not pacing. Why would I be pacing?" He looked around, trying to figure out if he was missing anything and trying to figure out when he wanted to leave today or the day before. He walked back to the table and took a sip from the whiskey bottle, turning to her. "Why are you here?"

"Hey, mess with the angel, get the wings." Tempe quipped playfully, rolling her eyes at him. "Mm, well I'll just assume that's the reason until someone tells me or I see otherwise." She said sarcastically. "Yeah, could be worse I guess. I could be named... Bertha. Blegh." She shuddered sarcastically at the end. She tilted her head at him in turn when he asked his slew of questions. "...yes, you're pacing. I don't know why you would be pacing, hence why I insinuated you should tell me why you're pacing." She said flatly, blinking as he walked over and threw a wild subject change at her. "Because I was bored and you were relatively nice looking and interesting." She shrugged sarcastically.
