Talla wrapped a thick bandage around a heavy arm, she looked up at the patient who came in with a large gash on his forearm, "it will be all good, Mr. Smith, just rest and keep on light duties" she said, humming, "goodbye Mr. Smith, enjoy your day" she said, exiting the small room of the patient's. Talla walked outside, her medical pack sitting heavily on her hip, she smiled and started to walk towards the medical centre.

Sage really couldn't tell whether his luck was good or bad. He'd been a board a prison ship for the past few weeks ...but it had sunk. Though, now that he'd crawled into the alleyways out of the ocean, he was exhausted and freezing. But wouldn't be hung in the next few hours. But if he was caught he would be. It was odd, and his brain was muddled. He was definitely concussed, and blood was still dripping down the side of his head. But he wiped his face on his sleeve and staggered to his feet, hoping to find somewhere to dry off or at least get a bit warm before he got caught.

Talla smiled and stopped to peer at a apple stand, trading a gold taken for 4 lush red apples, my friends will like these she thought, Talla brushed her hair out of her face and strolled around, the apples sitting safely in her bag, she decided she would take the long way around to the medical centre, the docks. Talla walked around the docks and saw a man, crawling around, head bleeding. "hello? Are you alright?" She asked approaching him slowly

Sage jumped when he heard the voice, whipping around to face her and scuttling back into the shadows between the buildings. He didn't know her...and he certainly didn't trust her. She did have food though ....and he couldn't help but start plotting how to get them. He could pickpocket most anyone ...but in this state he wasn't so sure he could. Whatever. "Fine," he said, casting a quick glance and his footsteps that clearly came from the ocean. There were pieces of the ship there too ..which meant the obvious conclusion was that he was a pirate. Which meant hanging. So he was prepared to do anything to stay away from the gallows.

Talla watched the man, she saw him cast a glance at the ocean, "what? Is there something in there?" She asked, she looked closer at the water, footsteps came from the ocean, there was also a shipwreck on the shore, "oh my.. your a- pirate" she said, scrambling back, holding her hands up, "please don't hurt me!"

Sage couldn't help but roll his eyes when she didn't seem to connect the dots. He winced slightly when She seemed to get scared and gave her a thin smile. "I don't think you have to worry about too much," he said in a rather thin voice. He certainly didn't have the strength to chase her. He heard voices yelling in the distance again, and whipped his head to look in that direction before sliding back down into the shadows, hoping not to get caught. He was freezing, and in pain, and really didn't have the energy to get hung. He didn't last longer than a few hours though before he was grabbed by someone, a bag was shoved over his head, and he passed out.

Talla watched the man slip into the shadows, she immediately felt sorry for him, she watched a man slip something over the pirates head. Talla narrowed her eyes and followed them, pretending to look at shopping stalls when the man stopped

Sage wasn't sure what happened after that, but when he woke he was locked up somewhere and chained to the wall by wrists and neck. He huffed out a breath and tried to stand up, though fell back down with a gasp. Apparently he'd been flogged at some point, which was annoying. He just tried to clear his head, which didn't really work

Talla walked and followed the men, she watched as they pulled the pirate into some building, she was unsure why she was following them, she hardly knew the pirate, but she blamed her following him on her nursing. Talla snuck into the building, and looked around, hiding

Sage sort of groaned when he sat up and squinted at the bright light coming from the window. There was a shadow of a noose hanging outside, that he sort of drew away from, not eager for that fate quite yet.
