I was thinking maybe he comes for auditions with a few other possible canidates for the job. Then Malcolm and his parents decide on who wins, if that's ok.)

Malcolm walked down the staircase from his bedroom and into the throne room. He wore a nice grey-blue suit that matched well with his hair and had a white button up shirt underneath it. As he walked into the throne room he gave his parents a small bow before taking his seat beside his father. "Today is the day, Malcolm," the king says to him, "we shall be deciding out of the best guards in the area who will be your bodyguard." Mal nodded, "Yes but why do I need a bodyguard again? We have normal guards already." His mother sighed some, "Because dear, the guards we have already are tasked to protect the castle and me and your father. We need one that it tasked to protect you." After a moment of thought Mal nodded, "I understand now." His father nodded before gesturing at one of the servants and said, "Bring the candidates in now."

[Camron walked into a room with a small group. He didn't know why he was there anymore.

"should have just gone back to my old job.." he muttered under his breath before looking up to the king before him. Camron felt strange with being before royalty.

Camron gave a sigh as he looked around the other candidates.]

Mal looked at the group of people in front of him and his parents. 10 canidates for the role of being his body guard stood in front of them. His eyes examined them from where he sat and noticed the similarities and differences between each of them. -This should be interesting,- he thinks as he looks at the last one and glances back over the others.

[Camron felt off put with how noticeably strong most of the other candidates seemed. He was definitely one of the slimmest but he knew that wouldn't matter to him, he was still a good fighter.

Camron glanced through the other nine candidates before resting his sight on the king and queen. It would be a honor to be picked but he didn't know how well the shots were, though maybe, the competition didn't seem as bad the more he glanced around. Each person seemed to have a noticeable weakness, including him.]

Finally the king spoke to the canidates. "Today you ten will be competing to possibly be chosen as my son's personal guard," as the king says this he gestures towards Malcolm and Mal nods at the canidates. "A head are a three challenges that you must pass to get this job," the queen now says, "including; fighting our top guard to test your strength, testing your knowledge and logic in a small verbal quiz, and being able to keep the prince safe during an attack scenario." -A what now- Mal thinks, surprised since he had not known about this last test. "Your challenge will begin in the arena," the king says and a servant comes over to lead the canidates to the arena.

[Camron followed as the group walked following the king. He looked around slightly at the place before they made it to the arena. He could hear a few candidates talking amongst themselves quietly.

Camron looked around before resting his sight on the king. He didn't know what to expect. A few candidates seemed slightly worried, some seemed excited. Camron just tried to stay focused and listen along with a few other candidates. ]

Malcolm walked beside his mother. In his head he recalled the things he had to look for in a guard. Strength, speed, agility, intelligence, and a lot of other things. 'Pick the one that seems right to you,' his mother had told him last night, 'you don't want a guard that will bother you too much or that won't care about your safety.' He sighed softly and glanced back at the group, catching pieces of their conversations. A few of them stopped for a moment as they saw him looking but continued on as Mal turned his head back around.

The arena was as anyone would expect it to look. Old stone walls surrounded the circular dirt battling area in the middle. Raised up were wooden benches ontop of the stone walls, the lowest benches being low enough to hop down from the seats. Mal followed his parent up to the seats where the royals sat while the group gathered in two rows, looking up at them. Mal sat down, straight and proper, and looked at the group as his father explained the rules and the lead guard approached the group from the entrance.

[Camron noticed a few stop as the prince looked at them. He continued on with the other candidates with his head down. Camron just wanted the competitions to be over with, he didn't care for competitive manners though, he was still going to protect the prince if picked. Camron wasn't trying to stick out same with several candidates, a few definitely were though.

As they reached the arena entrance Camron listened closely to rules and how the king explained it. The last thing Camron needed was to get the short stick because he didn't listen]
