| Gem sometimes it's good to have a buffer during conversation. He probably just a friendly kid. XD some people don't believe in personal space. My on team member likes to grab my face with her hands. Via she's like 60 and doesn't speak English. |

| Gem best bet is the Manager, I am a team leader. I tend to only say something if it's extremely bad, like harassment, threats, them ill separate people but am a team leader so it's apart of my role to keep people safe, make sure they have their tools, and everyone stays on track. |
