Lorelei slept peacefully through the night, waking up when the sun peaked through the windows. "Goodmorning, handsome,"
| |

"Good morning, baby" He murmured, kissing her head
| |
| |
Lorelei smiled, turning to face him and giving him a huge hug.
| |

He hugged her back with a chuckle, squeezing her tight to him
| |
| |
Lorelei smiled, cuddling in, close and tight. "What do you wanna do today?" She hummed.
| |

"whatever you want. And then I'm going to drain my father's accounts" he said
| |
| |
"Kai... won't that just provoke him?"
| |

| |
Loreleis smile faded and fast, she sighed, upset. She didn't like swearing or threats, and the whole reason she wanted to go on that road trip was to get away from all of this death and endless war between Kai and his father. She loved him so deeply, but it still hurt that he just had to keep fighting his father. Why did he have to prod with the issue when everything was peaceful.

"What'd I do?" He asked, confused. "Look, i'm sorry for cursing. I need him to have nothing left before he gains more and finds a way to hurt us both."
