Amira nodded and got up, slightly wobbly
| |

Sage slung their bag over his shoulder and moved to help her up
| |

Amira shook his hand off gently. "Thank you, but I'm fine...I think. Stick close just in case" She said softly
| |

Sage nodded and moved to pick up liz, holding her in one arm and using his other to open the door for them all
| |

Once they finally got home, Amira doordashed dinner for her and Sage and went to feed Liz. As soon as the food arrived, Amira put Liz down for bed and she walked out to Sage. "Can we...talk? About another kid?"

Sage had moved to get the food out and ready as Amira put Liz down. When he heard her speak, he nodded and looked up at her. "Are you wanting to start trying again," he asked.

"I just don't want to jump into anything you don't want..." She said, hesitating to answer his question. She wanted to jump up and down, screaming yes over and over and telling him her name ideas and how much she wanted another child... ut she didn't. She stayed quiet and barelyspoke at all
| |

Sage sighed softly, just thinking. "I think it would be good for Liz to have siblings," he noted, handing her the plate of her dinner. "Besides....I do like the thought of having a couple," he added lightly
| |

"But is it something you would want to have to deal with? Me being pregnant and useless as well as also takign care of Liz?" She asked, worried
| |

Sage chuckled softly. "You're not being useless, you're literally growing our family...our child...inside you," he noted, moving to peck her head and then grab his plate and settle down next to her. "I'd be very happy if we had another one."
