Matt shook his head, nearly completely ignoring her words as she made his way out the water, watching briefly as a wave rushed past his legs. "I'm not just gonna let her stand there and quite literally stare at us. She's not even trying to hide it, Trixie." he said, only finally speaking as he got to the shore. By that time, Kiara had gotten so much closer it was quite easy to identify her now.

Trixie scurried after him, her gaze downcast to watch the back of his thighs as he waded to shore rather than look at Kiara. "Matt, really, it's fine." She pleaded, her tone hushed. Then, of course, she knew she wasn't going to change his mind. She let out a small, very quiet noise most reminiscent of a groan or a whimper at the idea of another uncomfortable conversation. She moved to stand beside Matt quietly, curling her arms around herself and shifting uncomfortably, staring at the sand beneath her.

Matt shot her a quick smile, wiping down the water dropping off his chest briefly. As he neared Kiara, he spoke a simple "Did you want something?" his tone a lot more harsher than he intended for it to come out. Immediately, the girl seemed to get defensive, frowning at him. "I just figured you'd be here that's all. I wanted to see you again. Both of you I mean." She spoke, adding on the last five words in a rush as if she didn't want to come across flirty. Obviously, she did.

Trixie gave a half-smile at his harsh tone, glancing up at Kiara and continuing to look at her in an attempt to not seem weak. Her eyebrows furrowed at her words, and suddenly, she didn't feel much like She needed to pretend any more. She took his hand lightly, giving it a rough squeeze. "So you came here just to see us? That's really lovely of you. A little... unconventional, but lovely. I was actually hoping we could get together could get together and talk about... whatever happened one on one." She said, forcing a smile and a cheery tone. The last three words came out very clear, as if that was all She really wanted to get out.

Matt sighed as Trixie replied, relieved she had decided to speak, instead of him uttering something that would make it so much worse because, clearly, he didnt think before he spoke. Kiara on the other hand, seemed to be thinking too much She stood there with a frown, leaving a lot of silence between the end of Trixie's sentence and the start of hers. "Right. I dont get it. You wanna see just..me?" She asked, her tone standoffish. "I just wanted to coe here to warn you, thats all. The policys for crime round here changed, theyre a lot stricter. Especially for drugs, remember?" She spoke, her last words directed in Matt's direction.

Trixie narrowed her eyes a Kiara in turn, straightening slightly. "Yes. I do." She shot back, keeping the same strictly polite tone. She let out a sigh as her... warning, came. She narrowed her eyes slightly at Kiara- why was this important? She wasn't involved in a drug habit. Neither was Matt, but the direction of the conversation seemed to turn to him. She glanced at Matt out of the corner of her eye, looking back at Kiara. "I don't know who you think we are, but we don't do drugs. Neither me or him. Thanks for the 'warning', but I don't think we'll be needing it." She returned coldly.

"What exactly do you need from me? Without him being there?" Kiara asked, gesturing towards Matt briefly, who was taking joy in staying silent. He denied the drug claims she seemed to have, bt other than that, wasnt speaking. Just yet. Kiara seemed to be more trained on talking to Trixie anyway, which was both relieveing and scary. "You don't now, sure. I dont think you ever did but I cant say the same for him. It was fun." She shrugged, eyeing her. "Doesnt matter, I was just warning you. Anyway, you wanna talk alone or what?" she asked, shuffling a little.

|
"To talk. I didn't realize it was such a big deal to ask for a private conversation to catch up." Trixie shrugged nonchalantly, running her thumb gently over the back of his hand as she spoke. She shrugged boredly as Kiara responded to her. "Good to know. Shame he doesn't remember." She nodded quietly. "Yeah. Walk with me?" She asked lightly, pressing a quick, affectionate kiss to Matt's lips before dropping his hand and starting to walk.

Matt frowned as she dropped his hand, pretty much dipping away after a quick kiss on his lips. He sighed, glancing at the two before heading back to the towels, sitting himself down. Kiara seemed reluctant but made her way next to Trixie, sighing as they wandered across the sand. "So what did you need exactly?" she asked, her tone that of mock innocence as she watched the sand dip around her feet.

"I would really appreciate it if you could just tell me what happened, rather than expect me to remember it. Obviously, something involved you and Matt. I don't care about that, but I want you to know that is firmly in the past. He has no idea it happened, and I seriously doubt he cares. If you're still trying to chase him, just put it to rest." Trixie sighed, gently rubbing her eyes. It was easier to spit out what she really thought rather than think through it- she didn't rightly care if it made sense, as long as she got her point across.
