I will mention, be prepared to lose babies. It's a part of the process unfortunately. Either not all will hatch. Not all will eat and will starve themselves because they wont learn to hunt. Some will die from mismolting also. It happens and there isnt much you can do to "stop it" from happening.

Its mainly just time consuming and requires a lot of time and dedication and patience lol

Lol yeah, its not too complicated once you figure it out. XD

Family dinner at my aunt's, just finished watching the kids at my place and sent them to walk back for bedtime (we all live on the same property). They tired out my puppy so much that she actually hid under the couch for the last hour, LOL.

I will keep you updated!

I have seen tons of videos of various YouTubers I watch taking care of baby spiders so I know how to do that if it comes to it but getting to that point (of the baby spiders) I have no knowledge of lol

I had a few of those enclosures. Youll just have to take it apart though

You might be able to just take and put that peice of acrylic in the big deli cups and poke very fine holes in that. She could stay with them that way also. Thats what id do

so ok...how do you work the trail ride feature? i've never seen it before. it looks like a cool thing but all i can do is read about other players on the trail ride summary? how does it actually work?

Alright, the enclosure the spider is in is one of those acrylic ones that is held together by bands. She did it on the top so the web peels off really easy from the acrylic if we do have to.
Hopefully not though because we do not want to care for a hundred tiny babies xD

Yes you can just be careful. Use a paint brush and some tweezers and you should be able to move it. I don't reccomend it though because it can be detrimental to the babies because theyre incredibly fragile. It wouldn't take much to accidentally harm them. But take the paint brush and kind of pry the sac around the edges off of the surface its stuck too and then use the tweezers once you've gotten it off there and pick it up from the edge of the sac. You should be able to move it that way. Itll be tedious and require a ton of patience but itll work. I would suggest if you dont feel comfortable with moving it that you put whatever enclosure theyre in into a butterfly enclosure that zips. And leave it in that in a safe place. Also dont forget to keep the enclosure the sac is in moist. Spray it with a very very fine mister so you dont drown them

If it is fertile and they start moving and it sags like you say, is it safe to detach the sac to move into a better container?
Painted Perfection
08:04:05 Luna
The easiest way to tell is if the look dark and havent developed past the egg stage and its been quite a while past the "timeframe" for them to become babies
Painted Perfection
08:01:38 Luna
Just be careful, dark doesnt always mean fertile. They could rotten and dry out in which case theyll also get dark. But youll definitely tell if they no longer cling to the side of the sac. Once they seem like the sac is sagging and you see movement it means they've turned into babies. Eggs turn into the actual spiders so you wont see egg shells per say.
Painted Perfection
07:59:54 Luna
Oh dont put substrate in their containers. Lol. Just hotglue some little fake plants into it so they can move and hide from eachother and mama should be removed from the enclosure once the babies start to wander a bit
Angels angels
07:59:51 [1k+ brindles] Angel
Yeah I am going to keep an eye on the eggs to see if they are fertile. They are orange right now and online it says if they start to turn dark they are probably fertile and developing. Not sure how we will move her and them if they are fertile though. The enclosure is deffinitly not baby safe lol

No they cannot cross breed. And yes they are native but All female spiders will lay eggs. I would excercise caution and probably put her in a baby safe enclosure with the sac and let her take care of it. If they end up being fertile they can hatch in the emclosure. Just make sure the air holes are small enough that the babies cannot escape from. Theyre the size of pen dots so needle size holes or very very fine mesh pr cheese cloth will work if you put her in a plastic container with a lid. I recommend deli cups.

It is an independently owned pet store in my town. My boss/the owner has owned and ran it for 30+ years now
It is a bold jumping spider and I am in Georgia. They are native here but I don't know what the odds are that she would have found one to mate with in the store. And that species can't cross breed lol

Lion's heart suddenly filled with dread. The first thing he remembered... a dark dapple grey horse with black mane and snake green eyes. The second... he had a twin brother. Lion had met the twin brother... and Lion hated every other stallion.. but Wild West had become like a brother to him. He had to leave to take care of his own herd one day... Lion snapped back to attention. He realized they were still mostly in the middle of his territory... and that meant the group of horses was also in HIS territory. His face filled with angry... and he cantered ahead, going straight towards where Pride saw them

'he'll be fine..' she thought. she knew his skills were higher than any ordinary stallion, and in case of any emergency, Pride knew a few tricks. She ran after him, following him up to the tree line where she could stay covered until she was needed. if she was needed.

Lion saw Menace... yes, that was his name. He was with two other strong looking stallions, just wandering around on Lion's territory! Lion wasn't exactly young... he was a little past his prime years... but he felt the young rage he knew so well swell up inside of him. He let out a fierce bellow, stopping in front of them. "You dare come inside my territory, scandal! Leave now Or leave never." Lion snarled, standing face to face with Menace. Or... a little taller than.

she watched with a frown, their was 2 more. They clearly weren't there before! they looked quite strong to. But, she held much faith in lion, he was her mate, and best friend. Well, soon to be mate.
he hadn't asked her yet.

Menace looked at Lion and burst out laughing. "Oh, so you were the stallion I chased off in that one herd, eh? Or should I call you oldie now..." Menace snickered, the other stallions laughing with him
-
Lion's eyes lit up in fury. He flew into action, body slamming Menace out of the way before darting in and kicking one of them, biting the other. Menace was on the ground, still trying to recover. Lion slammed into the third one after biting him. He kicked at the horse's rib cage. The third stallion limped away, screaming in pain. Lion flinched at the sound and whirled on the second, kicking again and driving him off. Menace shakily got to his feet, panting. He aimed a kick at Lion's ribs while he was not looking. Lion felt a sharp pain burst in his side. He roared with pain and anger, slamming into Menace and knocking the stallion backwards. Menace shakily got up, glancing at Lion. "You win... this time... but I'll be.. back..." Menace wheezed, limping off.

Lion winced. Ow. That kick in the side Menace gave him... was a pain in the side. He turned to look at Pride. "Welll... the good news is that they are off our land." He said weakly, shaking his mane.
