Celeste smiled and nodded. She stood, carrying the smaller animals with her. "Thank you," she pecked his cheek before heading inside to put the squirrels and rabbits in the deep freeze.

Sage nodded with a grin, tilting his cheek up for her to peck. He watched her slide inside before getting to work and finishing the moose and cleaning it up before bringing the meat and some bones inside.

Celeste put two rabbits in the fridge upstairs before Lizzie woke up. Celeste scooped the toddler up and out of the playpen and moved to help her make her lunch, peanut butter and jelly. She showed her how to spread the peanut butter and jelly onto the bread and put it together. Celeste made herself one and thats how she showed her.

Sage worked at getting all the meat in the freezer except what they'd eat today, and then brought the bones he'd be making into teethers and various tools in so he could boil the meat off them, greeting Celeste and Liz happily in the kitchen. He turned on the stove and then went to change and wash up since he was pretty dirty before coming back to check the bones.

Celeste smiled up at him as he passed through the kitchen. She and Lizzie finished up making their sandwiches just as Sage came back in. "Dada!" Lizzie squealed running up to him to show him the sandwich.

Sage chuckled softly as he came back downstairs and was immediately greeted with Liz. He was confused for a moment as she shoved a sandwich in his face but eventually figured it out, appraising her for good job and then guiding her back to her seat so she could actually eat the thing, grin on his face.

Celeste giggled, watching the girl as she ate her sandwich happily at the table.

Sage got Liz settled at the table again, and then moved to take a small chunk of fresh meat he'd saved, cooking some up for Celeste if she wanted it now or later, and then decided to just chew on some raw for himself.

Celeste went over to Att as he'd woken up and began to nurse him. He bit her again while nursing. Celeste winced, but let him continue nursing.

Sage had settled down next to Liz to eat, chatting along with her as she babbled happily, occasionally guiding her back towards her meal so she didn't get too distracted
