Celeste smiled and nodded. "Okay," she replied softly, continuing to comb through his hair. "How'd you sleep?"

Sage chuckled softly and closed his eyes again, but just resting not going back to sleep or anything. "Pretty well," he noted with a small grin. "How about you?"

"Great," she smiled.

Sage nodded with a small hum, resting his head against her collar bone happily.

Celeste smiled, combing her fingers through his hair.

Sage was content to just lay there for as long as they had. The kids wouldn't stay asleep forever, but for now they were quiet

Celeste smiled, just laying down.

Sage was more than content to lay there in silence for a while as he woke up, but soon enough he grew a bit more restless. "Any plans for the day," he asked, peering up at her. "I need to get out, go hunting. You'll be ok for a while here with the kids?" He just wanted to make sure.

Celeste nodded, "sounds like a plan," she smiled.

Sage smiled and nodded, moving to peck her lips lightly before settling down again. "I'll try and get a couple things, stock the freezer up full again."
