Rose's eyes flew open when Caden spoke. She blinked a few times before standing and realizing Caden's confusion. Her mind raced, confused herself. I thought Caden killed him?

"Well,been a while." Trevor said smuggly. "You listen here shit head,I killed you once and I swear I'll kill you again.I don't care.You'll be dead by dawn." Caden snapped back,walking up to Trevor.

Rose watched the exchange, nervous but just crossing her arms

"How?You're poisoned.Meant to be dead." Trevor muttered,walking to the window. "Dumb question.My surprise.No dip Im poisoned.The second I get out of here you will be dead." Caden snarled.

Rose, her legs slightly shaking in fear, watched curiously as to where this would go. She didn't dare speak in fear of Caden snapping at her

Trevor smugged,giving a few last words before walking out.Caden cursed under his breath,both fear and rage boiling inside him.

Rose sat back down, trying to process what Trevor had said about Caden being dead

Caden was discharged,calling a uber before arriving at the house.He walked in,still furious.He had a work party tonight.Both blood and peace would erupt.
