Roxie giggled mischievously "Maybe after we check." She giggled putting a drop of it on her tongue as well before handing it to Max who drank it down rather quickly before she settled on the couch "Just relax..." Roxie assured putting a hand over her abdomen and telling Sage to do the same. Within moments they had an inside view... and what they saw to say the least was surprising... there was not one but two very healthy boys curled up sound asleep... aside from some minor twitching they hardly moved... they weren't quite big enough yet for Max to register any big movements but they seemed quite content where they were... it also explained why Max was quite round and why she was so hungry... she was eating for three! Being closer now they could hear the second heartbeat... their heartbeats were so close together that it wasn't surprising they hadn't heard the second heartbeat. When Roxie came out of her trance like state she looked at Sage "You wanna tell her or should I?" She asked "What?" Max asked worriedly "Tell me what?" She yelped.

Sage chuckled as well at Roxies comment, thinking it would definitely be quite entertaining to see a human doctor's reaction to it all. He followed Roxies instructions, and what he saw made his eyes widen and a grin spread itself across his face. They were having twins! It was even better than one! And they were both boys, which was also nice! He giggled lightly and practically crushed Max in a hug before pulling back to grin at her happily. "We're having twins," he squeaked eagerly. "boys!"

Max's jaw dropped "Are you serious!?" She yelped excitedly as she hugged her husband "I guess it worked a little too well!" She chuckled as tears sprang to her eyes "Both boys too... oh my God Sage!" She yelped hugging him tightly. When they started celebrating Charlie perked up curiously "Huh?" She asked curiously as Max sat up with a chuckle drying her tears "It seems we have a surprise for you!" She chirped "You're going to be a big sister to two babies! Two little brothers!" She squeaked Charlie's eyes widened "Wooow!" She chirped before she wrapped her arms around her mother as much as she could shoveling her face lovingly into her mothers belly "Hi little brothers!" She squeaked happily causing Max to laugh.

Sage wrapped his arms around the girl tightly when she practically threw herself at him and nodded. "I know," he squeaked, not able to think of anything else to say. He was just so happy! He couldn't help but laugh at Charlie and her enthusiasm to say hello to her newest family members. Hed completely forgotten about Roxie....he was just so happy. He could barely contain his excitement about it all....he was bouncing up and down on the balls of his feet, and admittedly was breathing rather heavily. He resorted to fanning himself with his hands in an attempt to calm down a bit and collect his thoughts. But gosh.....twins! And boys! It would be double the work, but he knew it would all be worth it. "We gotta call dad," he gasped out, scrambling for the phone.

Maxine laughed at her daughter before she nodded. Roxie had long gone by now happy to leave the little family in peace. "Take a breath for a second before you call." She chuckled happily as Charlie pulled her face away from her mother's stomach. When he finally did call however Lance was excited to say the least for sure... he couldn't wait to meet his grandsons.

Sage chuckled lightly at her comment about calming down and once he'd gotten the phone, he sat down on the couch to control himself as best he could before calling. Lance was glad, of course, and he sort of sat there staring at the phone once he'd hung up before deciding to call Travis and Hailey and tell them the news. He put the phone on speaker so Max could hear and speak.

Travis answered him quickly "Hey what's up?" He asked a mild amount of concern in his voice. (Sorry it's short)

Sage chuckled lightly at the amount of concern in Travis' voice when he answered the phone. "Don't get yourself all wound up, nothing's wrong," he reassured his friend. "we just found out what Max's having....we figured you and Hailey would like to know," he informed him happily.

"Oh..." he said his concern lightening a bit "I'll let Hailey know hold on!" He chirped "She's just putting the kiddos down for some quiet time..." he explained. A few minutes Later she was sat on the couch with them also on speaker "Hey guys what's up?" She asked. Maxine giggled "We have some news to share." She said simply counting down with Sage before the two of them chirped "We're having twins! Two boys in fact!" It was silent for a moment before their friends started freaking out (in a good way) "Damn!" Travis chuckled "When you said you were gonna be trying for another kiddo you weren't messing around were you!?" He teased "Oh my God congratulations!" Hailey churped.

Sage agreed to hold on while Hailey did what she had to do, sitting excitedly (and rather impatiently) with Max on the couch. Max had wanted to tell them together, which he had no issues with, so he chirped what she'd wanted when she wanted, and then chuckled when their friends freaked. "Apparently not," he chuckled. "wasn't expecting two, but of course we don't mind," he mused happily. They thanked Hailey too, more than glad about it all.
