He really just stayed quiet as she ranted about how terrible that random man was. "At most I'd have had him jailed or fined." He said as if this was regular business. Which, truthfully, it was. He looked up as she urged him to come, taking his hand. He winced as she pulled him up, he did help her out though. He groaned through his teeth and squeezed her hand slightly. "I'd rather have stayed upon the floor." He let go of her hand and rubbed his eyes. He appeared to have had enough of one day.

Kitty's lip quivered ever so slightly at the temptation to respond that it wasn't an appropriate punishment. She huffed, crossing her arms. "Well, you can 'stay upon the floor' at my house, and not on the side of a dirty street." She said sarcastically, looking up at him and making sure to go at his pace. She stayed quiet for a few minutes. "Why did that man want to kill you, Ali? Who are you?" She asked softly, watching him.

He glared at her, though a slightly amused look came over his face. He glanced around as they started moving, his head hung slightly. He'd still somehow not given up proper-ish posture. He looked down at her as she spoke. Feeling slightly interrogated, buuut rightly so. "I'm a little bit royalty." He paused for a moment, then hesitantly added. "A lot a bit royalty." He gave her a small and nervous smile.

Kitty blinked at him, and a small giggle slipped out. Then, she struggled to hold in her laughter... before it burst out. When she finally managed to catch her breath, still giggling, she cracked a smile at him. "Wow. You have to be kidding me. Seriously, you're a, what, a prince?" She burst into another fit of giggles, covering her mouth. "Im sorry, but I just cant see you as a pretty little prince, walking around and saving damsels in distress or whatever. But, really? You're actually royalty?" She asked curiously.

He watched her start to have a laughing fit, really she didn't believe him. He grinned, watching her laugh in disbelief. "Yeah yeah, I know." He chuckled as she returned back to the giggling. He shook his head at that. Looking back at her as she attempted to calm down. He itched his head in more of a nervous tick, smiling down at her. "I'm Alistair Arden. I'm the younger son of the king of England, unfortunately." He said in a slightly embarassed tone, very quietly mumbling the last word. He let his hand hang down again.

Kitty smiled up at him, and it faded as his tone shifted to embarrassment. She gently raised a hand to stop him, tilting his chin up lightly as a flush crossed her face. "No, I wasn't making fun of you, don't be embarrassed. I think im the one who should be embarrassed, if anything. Ive been acting a fool in front of the Prince of England for however long." She scoffed, smiling at him. "You should be proud of your family. They've done lots of good things, you needn't feel ashamed because I'm teasing you. Plus, I think you'd make an adorable prince." She teased, gently booping him on the nose and starting to walk again as the city street turned into a road leading into a forest.

He looked at her with a soft smile at her immediate change. His face might've gone a little pink at her touch though. He narrowed his eyes. "I wouldn't call that acting like a fool, you saved my life. I think that covers for y'know. My nose and whatever else you've done actually. I owe you." He said gratefully. He was definitely caught off guard by the boop. He looked a little dazed as she immediately walked off again. He followed her, speeding up a little. "I'm not ashamed because of you or embarassed by your teasing. I just don't want to be royalty. Like you said I really don't fit the rich Prince stereotypes." He glanced around at the forest.

"Oh, good to know im not in debt anymore." She nodded sarcastically, smiling at him. "Well, not fitting the stereotype can be good. It is, in your case. I personally wouldn't have PrInCe AlI any other way than you are." She teased, turning after not too long in the forest. It was maybe a five, seven minute walk from the tournament grounds. It was a small clearing with a neat, small cottage nestled in the woods. It had flowerbeds in the front, mainly filled with a few different colors of peonies, the occasional rosebush set in. It looked cozy. She hopped right up the front steps, opening the door and kicking her boots off to set them next to a bow and arrow near there. "Welcome to my humble abode." They were currently in an open kitchen to livingroom area, which seemed to double as a bit of a library. There was a hallway and a door on the left, plus two to the right. Shelet him in and shut the door behind them.

He narrowed his eyes at her tease. At least she didn't mind being the same as she was before he mentioned anything. He was mostly admiring the scenery while they walked. He looked up ahead, seeing a lovely cottage. He smiled faintly at how homey and pleasant it looked. He walked into the door, glancing around. He looked down as taking his shoes off too, he noticed the bow. That looked cool. He stepped in further. "Its so comfortable." He said in a slightly mesmerized way.

Kitty flushed slightly. She did work hard on her home... when she was around. "Its nothing, really. Are you hungry? Thirsty?" She asked, gently gesturing for him to sit on the couch as she walked off to one of the bedrooms, adjusting a few things ti make it... more ready for him. She walked back out after, leaning in the doorframed of the hallway as she looked at him.
