["he was a good dog, my sisters begged our parents for years to let us get one before they caved and got us a puppy," Camron paused, "he grew old quite quickly, it's sad how short lived dogs are. Horses live quite long though, good for people who just need a pet that won't pass away so soon.."]

He nods, "Yeah I believe my stallion is around 15 years old now. I got him when I was 7, which was when I first started riding, and he was 3. We have grown up around each other since." Now that he was thinking about it Mal realized that his stallion was getting quite old. -I hope I won't have to retire him soon- he thinks.

["I am pretty sure my dog was a couple months old when we got him, I was about 6 when we got him. He passed when I was 17." Camron looked down at his feet slightly, "Glad your horse has lived so long." He shifted a bit.]

"Thanks," he says, "I'm sorry that your dog passed away. Atleast you had him for a long time. Sadly I think my horse is getting close to retirement. Usually horses compete until they're 20 years old but since he is getting older that also means that he will be more vulnerable to injuries."

["Thanks," Camron gave a slight smile for a moment, "at least if you retire him and don't ride him you can still keep him around as a pasture horse, right? I don't know much about horses.." Camron didn't even know what he was saying, or if it was true.]
"Yeah that's true, or I could just ride him for fun," he says and gives a small smile. He thinks for a split moment before saying, "You know what I'm most worried about?"
[Camron looked up slightly, "what?" The question felt a bit random and almost caught him off guard.]
(sorry it's really short-)

(It's fine) "I'm worried about when it is time for me to find someone to be beside me on the throne," he says and looks down at his hands, starting to twirl his thumbs, "I have yet to think about it, but it will be soon. The thing is though, and my parents know this too, I don't find attraction to women. My parents respect my decision with this but that means it might be harder to find someone for me to marry."
[Camron gave a light sigh. "I understand that feeling. You'll know when you find someone, I promise." He walked over next to Malcolm, "It will be okay, I mean, who wouldn't want you." He gave a soft smile.]
He smiled and looked up at Camron, "You think so? I mean of course someone would want to marry a prince. But what if they don't actually love me and just want the fame and wealth?" He then looked down again at his cast and other hand and mutters, "Or maybe I'm over thinking it like a kid..."
