Dakota smiled. She sat down next to Athena. "It's okay girl!" She turned to Jacob, "This is so exciting. When I was little, my parents used to have foals in this barn all the time!" Athena nickered and layed her head on Dakota. The vet came inside the barn. "Let me take care of this." The vet told them. Dakota patted Athena and came out of the stall. She stood there holding Jacob's hand.

Jacob wraps his arm over and her kissed her forehead then said " yeah foals are pretty amazing " but he was watching the vet to make sure he does it right he never like vets and Jacob always thought vets don't really care about animals since they put down other animals

A couple hours passed and Athena had her foal! It was a jet black colt with brown eyes. He was so cute. The vet left. Dakota hugged Athena and the foal. She named the colt, Caspian. She made him a stall for when he got bigger. Dakota loved taking care of little kids, including foals. Dakota thought that someday, her kids would ride Caspian.

Jacob smiles and flame trys to looks more over the wall but Jacob grabs his halter and takes him out his stall and walks him over to Athena stall flame looks at Caspian and he Nickers

Athena nuzzled Flame. They were going to protect Caspian with their whole life. Dakota smiled. She turned to Jacob. "Do you want kids?" She did. Dakota would teach them how to ride horses, and care for them. She knew it would be a while though. She didn't think Jacob wanted kids. Dakota patted Athena and Flame. Caspian stood up and leaned against Athena for balance.

Jacob said " yes I want kids that look like you" Jacob was mostly scared that he wouldn't be a good father but he didn't show it he wanted kids to be a father like flame was

Months passed and Dakota had a doctors appointment. "I'll be back." Dakota told Jacob. She jumped in her car and drove to the office. She got checked in and went to her room. The nurse came in and checked on her. Then the doctor came in. She had to get an X-Ray today. After she got her X-Ray, the doctor went to his lab to see it. He came back with great news. When Dakota got home, she had to tell Jacob something. "Jacob, your going to be a dad!"

Dakota smiled and hugged Jacob. She was so happy. She sat down on the couch and turned on the tv. Dakota had to go in for another appointment tomorrow to determine if it's a boy or girl. She was very excited and knew Caspian would be too!
