Sage had turned to leave, but when she started shaking he set Liz down and rushed to try and wake her. That shaking scared him

Amira was silent before she screamed in her sleep, the sound evident from pure terror and fear and a desperate call as she shook

Her scream caused sage to jump, before he went back to trying to wake her

Amira shot up, scrambling to get away in fear, her eyes unwilling to settle for even a second

Sage yelped when she shot up, placing a hand on his chest where shed accidentally hit him as she lurched up. "Amira...it's me. You're ok," he noted, holding his hands out to her

Amira buried her face in her knees, drawing them up to her chest as Liz began to wail. Amira flinched at the baby's sounds, her shaking

Sage loked back and forth between them, grabbing Liz and trying to comfort her as he reached out to Amira again, trying to talk to her and calm her down too

Amira just shook and tembled and cried

Sage was worried about her, but he didn't want himself or Liz, or even Amira, hurt. He didn't know what to do

Amira heard her baby and snapped out of it. Tears still streamed down her face but she reached robotically toward Liz and took her, rocking her while still shaking and crying
