As the doctor walked away, Rose sighed. "Shit, Caden." She got up and dropped his hand, pacing the room in stress. Of all the times I thought he'd die, and this is how he'll leave me. Why? Rose sat down again, clutching her head as the questions swirled, causing a headache. Why would he do something so stupid? She thought, leg bouncing. She tried to take her mind off of it by listening to the doctors and nurses buzzing about just outside the room. If Caden died, it would kill her too. She wouldn't be able to live without him.

Caden's breaths came ragged and labored,showing the effects of the days of torture he had endured.His heart felt like a drum,beating irregularly.Caden could'nt speak,could'nt move,but he could do one thing,hope.

Dr.Vogel shook her head as she looked at his results,showing both Morphling and Niacoral.Poison and number,probally to get rid of the pain.Poor guy,just wanted to feel the same as before.

Rose listened to the heart monitor with worry in her mind, hoping with all she had he would pull through

Caden's breath hollowed,him coughing quietly as his eyes fluttered open.Immediatly his head and entire body started throbbing,eyes darting across the room.

Rose saw Caden move out of the corner of her eye. "Holy shit" She said, throwing her arms around him and crying

Caden winced as she threw her arms around him,body still sore. "What happened?" He choked,voice raggedy

"you passed out. They found the poison in your blood." She said, looking at him, fear till in her eyes as it had been for the past 2 days

"I was walking out of my study to tell you that.You were'nt supposed to find out like this." Caden says quietly,voice still ragged

"I don't care" She said, still crying

"It was...supposed to be....secret.." He trailed off,slumping as his heart rate quickened rapidly,breaths slowing
