Jacob lays there looking at Dakota and then said "it okay " as he lays there board a little then said " what happen"

"I don't actually know." Dakota said. She looked away to stop blushing and started laughing. "You bored?" She asked. "You almost broke your back."

Jacob said " but I didn't did I " as the doctor came in and said " well you woke up good just wanted to check on you since the accident I got news"

Dakota was scared. She squeezed Jacob's hand and closed her eyes. "Jacob. I'm scared. I can't do this without you."

Jacob said " everything is going to be fine" doctor nods and said "just what to say he won't walk normally his left leg been broken in two spots and we can't seem to get it in place"

Dakota sighed as tears fell down her face. "Like he won't walk again?" She asked. The doctor walked into the room and told themm that Jacob was paralyzed from the knees down so he won't walk again. Dakota ran out of the room sobbing and sat against the wall outside.

Jacob sighed and he looks at the ceiling now what since he couldn't walk ride or do anything what was he going to do

Dakota had hope. She knew he loved riding. Dakota prayed. Someday he would walk again. Before that, he would ride.

Jacob decided to take a nap again as Dakota works things out he really want her beside him

The nurse got Jacob a wheelchair and let him go outsie to see Dakota. Dakota drove home and came back with Lightning because Wildfire was still healing. She stood by the door and waited for Jacob.
