Sage settled back down with a sigh, placing an arm around her

Amira whimpered in her sleep as she couldn't protect her family in her dream

Sage was torn between waking her or letting her sleep. She needed rest but if she was suffering he didn't want that either

Tears began streaming down her face, the nightmare engulfing her

Sage grunted softly and moved to gently wake her

Amira sat up, almost screaming and trembling. She tripped over her own feet, trying to stand andd get away before her mind settled and she realized who he was

Sage had one hand on Liz, the other hand reaching out to Amira. She scared him, the way her nightmares plagued her. He wished she didn't need to go through it. He took a steadying breath and squeezed her hand gently, since it was all he could reach now. "Are you alright," he asked gently

"I couldn't...and he...and then...." She sobbed

Sage just shifted Liz so he could tug armia in for a hug. "It's ok," he murmured

Amira nearly collapsed into his arms, crying
