Trixie tilted her head at him with a slight frown for his first answer, curling his hair around her fingers gently. She looked out the window when he gave her his next answer, nodding quietly. "Okay. I don't know, I just think you would do really well. Plus, I could convince emy boss to pair us together." She shrugged.

"Are you sure your boss wont be too set on pairing you with Damien?" Matt asked careful to make his tone sound teasin more than the actual feeling, jealous. Incredibly jealous. He smiled as he glanced at Trixie, pressing down on the accelerator slowly. He still felt nervous driving with her in the car, even though he fully knew he wouldnt go speeding off anywhere whilst she was in the passenger seat. Still, he said that to himself when he was alive and look what happened. "Seriously though I doubt i'd be any good at it, or want to. I'll just have to observe what happens today" he shrugged, watching the scenery speed by as they hit the highway.

Trixie rolled her eyes playfully at him. "I'm sure. My boss likes me enough that he would do something like that." She shrugged, offering him a small smile. "I don't want to pressure you into it or anything. If you don't want to do it, you don't want to do it." She said lightly, sliding her hand down to rest on his shoulder as they got onto the highway.

"Well, we can see, that's all I really have to say." Matt smiled, his eyes glancing to the dashboard every minute or so. Eventually, after what seemed like longer than usual, they got to the venue they were meant to be at. He pulled the car into the only parking space he could see, or be bothered to search for, then turned to Trixie. "Lead the way." he said softly, cracking the door open slightly.

Trixie nodded lightly, drawing her hand off his shoulder when they pulled into the parking lot so she could fiddle with her fingers. She turned to him when he spoke, swallowing nervously and giving a faint nod along with a weak smile. She hopped out of the car, walking up to the sidewalk and pausing there to wait for him. "Give me a kiss for good luck, first?" She asked tentatively.

Matt got out, shut the door and locked the car, glancing back to check as Trixie walked away. Once he reached her he caught her words, only a little but enough to know to oblige to what she said. "Of course." he said softly, a smile breaking out onto his face as he gently pressed his lips to hers, though only briefly considering he was stood off the sidewalk, and a car was coming through.

Trixie leaned eagerly into the short kiss, offering him a smile once he broke away. "If I pretend I'm not nervous then I won't be, right?" She asked sarcastically, gently grabbing his hand and giving it a squeeze.

"Yes, i'm sure thats how it works" Matt smiled, wrapping his arm around her shoulders briefly. He, after taking Trixie as his priority, moved out the way of the car making its way up, letting go of her to do so. "How long will it last? Just curious" he smiled, as they started to make their way into the venue.

"I am too." Trixie chuckled nervously, smiling as he wrapped his arms around her and leaning into him slightly. She tilted her head at the question, making sure to keep a hold of his hand. "I don't really know. Probably not more than two hours- are you sure you want to stick around for it though? I want you to stay, but I don't want you to have to sit here and watch me work." She frowned slightly, looking up at him in slight concern.
