Nathan Croft - Nate went inside another hour after her, changing into clean clothes.

Dakota was on the bed, asleep

Nathan Croft - Nate smiled at her sleeping form and proceeded to make them dinner. He set her dinner and a mug of tea on her bedside table for her when she woke up.

Dakota slept for a while, but woke an hour later. She saw the food and tea, eating and drinking happily

Nate was reading a book next to her, sipping on his own tea.

Once she finished, she got up and took care of her dishes. She smiled at Nate as she walked over to him. She kissed his cheek softly. "Thanks, love." She said quietly as she settled on top of him and laid her head on his chest under his arms

Nate smiled kissing her back. "Of course, babe," he murmured, wrapping his arms around her.

Dakota smiled a small smile, but she was less used to riding for so long sinceher injury so she was beyond tired. She sighed contentedly and slowly drifted to sleep

Nate smiled, holding her close and eventually drifting off too.

Dakota woke around 5am the next morning and just stayed where she was, not wanting to get up just yet
