Sage sort of half made to sit up shaking his head. "Woah woah woah, slow down and take a breath," he noted. "I just woke up and am fine, I can take care of her for a bit," he pointed out. "And the house is fine, we can clean later. It's not even that messy ..we barely have anything in it," he added, arching an eyebrow. "Order a pizza or something for dinner and take a night to relax. You need it," he suggested gently.

"No because then I'll become lazy and you need me..." She said, now crying silently and leaning on him

Sage shook his head. "You're not lazy," he protested. "You can't do it all ...we're partners, we share the work," he noted softly.

Amira nodded, defeated with a squirming Liz in her arms

Sage reached over to gently take Liz from her, bouncing her slightly to calm her and wrapping his other arm around Amira. "Take a nap. You've more than earned it"

"Thank you" She whispered, kissing his cheek and going to the bedroom

Sage nodded with a smile. "We need you to stay healthy too," he teased gently, pecking her head before letting her go

Amira curled up and fell asleep

Sage just held Liz, jiggling her slightly to keep her happy and entertained

Amira slept for an hour or so before she couldn't sleep any longer. She got up, looking just as tired as she had when she fell asleep, and walked to Sage. She kissed his cheek, ordering a pizza online and offering to take Liz
