``He`s my ex,`` Myra grumbled as she folded her arms across her chest, sighing heavily. It was true she didn`t hold grudges often nor without a reason and she didn`t really have one towards him, but it was his constant mocking and humiliating behavior that truly pissed her off. |

Caleb chuckled a bit. She was cute when she was angry, but he respected her still. "Oh." He said after a moment, smiling to himself and looking down. He folded his arms across his chest as well and looked at her after a few moments. |

``Yeah.. he`s an asshole,`` she mumbled before she focused back on Caleb, observing him quietly. Her ex was probably the one person that had seen her bad side, othee than her family of course. |

"When will your parents decide, do you think?" He asked after a few moments of companionable silence |

``Shortly. They somehow always know a person even if they had just met them,`` she replied as she looked back over at the house, sighing softly. It was true though; everyone they had hired was amazing, if you were to ignore her ex. As if hearing them, her father walked back outside and headed towards them, smiling warmly. He cleared his throat before speaking, ``You`re hired, Caleb. I`ll have Myra explain what you`ll be doing and, if you would like, we have a guest house where most of the other workers stay.`` |

"Thank you, sir. I would very much appreciate that, thank you." He said, nodding in thanks to the man. |

``Of course, and thank you as well,`` he smiled before he turned and headed back into the house, leaving Myra and Caleb alone once again. ``I knew you would get it,`` she laughed gently with a smile as she looked at him. It wasn`t too hard to get hired by her parents, but there was the occasional person that immediately got denied. |

(Sorry for not responding; college is killing me, xd) ``Well, you could get started, I suppose. I could have one of the current workers to help you,`` Myra slowly explained with a thoughtful hum, glancing back towards the barn. ``And later I can show you the guest house, if you want.`` |
