Sage stirred slightly when the girl shook him and sat up with a yawn and nod. "Yeah, yeah, sure," he hummed. He felt a light blush grow over his face, but he didn't really care if she needed his help. He'd help her with whatever she needed...and he was glad she knew that. Besides, they were a couple, so this wasn't something that would get awkward like it would if they were just friends or something.

Claudia smiled when Sage agreed to help her, she nodded, "Thank you.". She waited until he had tied her back part up before she fixed her hair into a tight braid. It reached down to her torso, which was nice, she usually had it up in a bun, which was a bit hard because her hair was so long, or she had it down, which she usually did. Claudia turned to Sage and looked at him thoughtfully, a small smile creeping over her face, "You feeling any better? The bruises seem to be clearing up a bit... at least the smaller ones.".

Sage helped the girl happily and then sat on the bed leisurely as she fixed her hair. She really was pretty, not just nice...he suddenly felt very lucky to have gotten the girl as his girlfriend. He was broken out of his thoughts when she spoke, and he nodded with a smile. "A bit," he hummed. "A few more days and I'll be fine. It doesn't hurt so much now, I'm just stiff still a bit." He grinned over at the girl and chuckled. "A bed had helped," he admitted. "You were right when you said a chair would have been bad."

"Im always right." Claudia flicked her hair onto her back and smirked, she wasn't always right but she could joke. "Mr.Lopex is offering us free stay and food while you work here. Im still shocked he will be paying you that much, 30 an hour...wow. If I am to say anything, we got one of the best deals." Claudia chuckled and sat down on Sage's side of the bed. She looked over at him and sighed, "Im still concerned...that man, the hunter, he will find us again, I know he will. He looks to have tracked many, monsters...like me." Claudia looked away, she was a monster...literally, and she hated being reminded it.

Sage chuckled at Claudia's joke and then nodded. "We did score pretty well," he hummed in agreement. "Maybe tomorrow I can go out and look for the man and figure out what to do next. If I can sneak up on him, maybe I could just get rid of him." He would do it in a heartbeat too....if it meant protecting Claudia, he'd do absolutely anything. He'd been in a lot of fights, and hunted a lot....he was confident he could get rid of the man, but he also didn't want Claudia upset.

"I don't want you getting hurt though, it's dangerous." Claudia shook her head, massaging her temples with her fingers. She knew Sage would protect her...she appreciated that a lot, nobody had ever really done that for her before, but she would blame and none the less, hate, herself if Sage got hurt...or worse. "It's not that I don't want to get rid of that man it's just..." She stopped and sighed, glancing at the floor. Claudia groaned and flopped to her back, "Im not sure what to say, I just don't want you dying.".

Sage nodded and smiled. "I know. But if I can do it without getting hurt, is that something you'd want?" He didn't want to make her upset, but he could do it. He knew he could....he'd done it plenty of times before. "I won't die, or get hurt....I promise. You're stuck with me for a while." The last part was mostly a joke...but it was also true. He'd be with her for a while yet. He'd be fine, he was sure of it.

Claudia chuckled, and gave a small nod, "I want it to be over with, Sage.". She looked into his eyes and smiled, "I wish I could help with this. It's my problem, after all, I'm the one he's after, you shouldn't...need to do this. Nobody should need to do this...". It was almost time for dinner, twenty minutes at most, "What shall we do when we are waiting?" Claudia glanced at him before smirking at the ground. She bit her lower lip and blushed, they had a bit of time left, they could go down now, but Claudia wanted to spend some time with Sage.

Sage nodded and reached over to pay her shoulder. "I know. But I want to help," he hummed. "Don't worry...I've lived out there on the streets my entire life...Ill be alright," he promised the girl. Then he chuckled and shrugged in response to her question. "I don't particularly care," he hummed. "We could just lay around I suppose." They could cuddle for a bit...that would be nice, he supposed. But even just talking to the girl was nice. He really did love her, a lot.

Claudia smiled and yawned, stretching she said "We had at least two hours of sleep, yet I'm still tired, god, what is wrong with me.". She laughed and moved over so she was next to Sage, she looked over at him and smiled, "Sage...have you thought about your family since you left? I know we don't have the best but, there are still our families, I miss mine...sorta. Even if my brothers were little demons.". Claudia chuckled, they really were, always bossing everyone around, including the parents...and they listened! Claudia honestly thought her parents were scared of them, they practically acted like they were princes!
