"A bit better.....but it still....hurts" she said, her breaths steady

Elijah smiles, "that's good" he says kissing her head

Dakota hummed a bit in response. "Could you get me.... Something....to eat...?" She said quietly

Elijah nods, "what would you like to eat?"

"I...don't care...."

Elijah nods going to get some assortment of food

Dakota waited patiently, drifing in and out of sleep.

Elijah brought a tray over and placed it carefully on the bedside table. "Love?" He asks unsure if she fell back asleep

Dakota jolted awake, hermonitors spiking before settling again. "Hm?"

Elijah smiles, "I brought a few of your favorites, I don't know what you wanted" he says. "So I just got a selection" he says motioning to the two trays of food
