"Do you want me to stay or no?" She asks, turning off the car.
| |

Noah nodded, "Yeah, could you?"

"Yeah, no worries." She says, getting out.
| |

Noah got out too, walking into the doctors office. "Hi, I have an appointment, I'm Noah Carpenter," he spoke to the receptionist.

Emery was at his side, tapping out a message to Max to stop texting her.
| |

The receptionist led Noah to the room where Noah waited for his doctor. He hadn't seen his doctor since Rowan, so he was there to find out if any damage he'd done had been permanent.

Emery sat in one of the chairs off to the side, out of the doctor's way. "Is this just a casual checkup or....?"
| |

Noah looked at his hands and shook his head before the doctor came in. "Hey, Noah, how ya doing?" the doctor said happily as he flipped through his files. "Okay," Noah replied. "So, I hear you got into a bit of an issue with your ex boyfriend, huh?" the doctor asked gently. Noah nodded. "Okay, well, we're just gonna check everything out and make sure everythings still a-okay," the doctor replied. Noah nodded.

Emery looked up when the doctor said 'issue with your ex boyfriend' and realized it was a post check for the damage caused by Rowan.
| |

The doctor checked out all of Noahs cuts and bruises, and did an ultrasound and a few scans to check for any internal damage. Everything was normal, so far.
