Dakota felt her body slowly numb besides her face and she gently squeezed Elijah's hand. "Ethan....Where.....?" She asked quietly, barely an exhausted whisper

Elijah shook his head, "Don't worry love" he syas says kissing her head. "Ethan is currently being cared for. He isn't here right now, as we didn't want to cause your body to stress" he says

"Him here.....please" She breathed, slowly slipping into a steady breathing rythem and falling asleep

Elijah called his mother, asking for her to bring Ethan over. He sighed

Dakota slept dreamlessly

Elijah strokes her hair

Dakota woke less than an hour later and winced, her head feeling as though on fire

Elijah rushes over, worried

"Everything.....hurts...." She whimpered. "I can't..... keep going....."

Elijah holds her hand, squeezing lightly. "Please, try" he begs her.
