Not the aggresive "I hate you but I still love you" xD)) Trixie flinched slightly at his last words, not saying another word in response. Once she made it to the fountain, she fell to her knees, quietly sobbing into her hands and rocking back and forth. She hated- everything. Him, herself, this world. She wanted to know what she was supposed to do- if she was in the right, if she was in the wrong. The thing she couldn't help but focus on was the idea that she made him sick- she didn't care why. It made her feel guilty, and also hurt. All she felt at that point was pain.

as shocking as it seems, he'll always love her xD - The rest of the evening went by excrutiatingly slowly, and Matt finished at around 11pm. He made his way outside and towards the house, walking so inredibly slowly. He was still on the brink of tears, tired, tense, feeling sick and in pain. As he reached the house he looked up, staring at the building in front of him- Not his house but Trixie's. It seemed t hrut even more and as he made his way indoors he slammed the door as hard as possible, anything to put his mind off the evening he had. - the damn puppy jumped right on my laptop as i was tryna type) Edited at December 26, 2023 10:27 PM by Wayside Wilds

Eventually, after an uncertain amount of time, Trixie made her way home in a sort of numb trance. She got home, dumped her bag on the counter and collapsed on the couch because it was nearest. She stared at the ceiling for a long time, thinking and also just zoning out. Eventually, she flinched when a loud slam came from next door. She stood up, exhausted but also acting on impulse. She couldn't stay there, could she? She began to half-assedly pack a few things up. Not that she had many belongings. Then she realized she couldn't do it, and went upstairs to her bed. She fell into it, tossed and turned for a while, then fell into an unsteady sleep.

The rest of the night before Matt actually managed to get to sleep consisted of quite literally nothing. He first went inside to get a drink, and then..nothing. Then, he went to shower but didnt end up getting there and instead did...nothing. Then finally, put the tv on, didnt watch and did, shockingly, nothing. It seemed to empty and bare without having Trixie there, without having someone to randomly wrap his arms around, without having someone to show something dumb or stupid that someone elde had posted to, without having someone to actually fall asleep with. Instead he was by himself because of his own actions, and feeling the consequences. And because of that he did the utmost stupidest thing possible and invited Sienna round- you can only imagine what happened.

When she woke up, she simply stayed in bed for a few hours. Then, she yanked herself out of bed and went about getting ready, forcing herself to do it. She had a shoot that day, and it would be better to do it in this numb state rather than do nothing at all. She showered. Did her hair, makeup, and threw on clothes- the bare minimum, really. And she felt exhausted after. She walked quietly outside, glancing over at Matt's house out of habit. There was a strange car parked in the driveway. It stung, but barely for a few moments before she turned. She thought it had been surprisingly loud last night. She couldn't bring herself to cry- what had she expected? Loyalty? She made him sick, after all. So she did her best not to dwell on it and simply got in the car that pulled up for her, riding with a male model to the shoot since he lived nearby.

how would you propose at some point they actually start talking to each other? some sort of event maybe? im not sure) - Matt had woken up quite ate that day, mainly for the fact he hadnt slept because of..company, but also due to the fact his brain was working overtime all night and he had woken up at least four times. Sienna had left briefly after he woke up, seeing her was much to his horror, and he could only give her a simpe hug and a numb "bye" as she left. Eventually, he hauled himself up out of bed, showered and changed before leaving. He had no intent to eat nor did he have any appetitie, and simply wanted to just walk around, clear his head. It wouldn't work, but he could at least have a go. For about twenty or so minutes he paced around the fountain, the square, the streets arund them until he got bored. He was able to navigate the area well and it was dull, so instead he made his way towards the beach which was uually quite deserted.

Hmmm- I could see maybe an event- maybe one needs a partner for an event and they simply cant find anyone else? I dunno)) Luckily the drive was a short one. They were set up on the beach that day, simply because they wanted a change in scenery for the shoot. Trixie got there and was almost immiediately thrown clothes to change into- she was given a small, portable tent to do so in, so she didn't mind too much. The outfit was revealing, as per usual, and covered barely more than it needed to. So she walked out and waited boredly for her cue, fiddling with her fingers while she did so. Eventually, she got called up along with the same male model who drove her- a man named Damien. Usually she did solo or group shoots- but she had given the all clear for one on ones that day. After all, who did she have that would be jealous? Theoretically, no one.

we could do something like that, if we can think of an event! the only idea i could really think of is the whole town held some sort of festival, something happens there and they somehow end up saving/helping each other? cannot think of what loll) - Matt had just about found some sort of calm, some sort of peace when a group had arrived on the beach. It took him a while to figure out who they were, and once he realised his heart virtually dropped. The models. He was sat a little by the sea, on a wall that overlooked the sharp, jagged rocks that the sea pretty much always covered, and they were furhter back, on the open part of the beach. As he scanned the group he very quickly caught sight of Trixie- and of course another model with them. He grit his teeth, so hard it caused a sharp aching pain in his gums, standing up. He knew that if he worked himself up again there would be no going back, and it was aready starting. He kicked up the sand as he walked back across the beach, dipping behind on the sand path to try his best to stay out of sight of the models, picking at his shirt as he did so.

That sounds good to me- her modeling agency requires She have a date to the festival, the one she planned drops out, hes the only other option? I dunno either lol)) Trixie was sort of forced to be all over Damien, lovey dovey poses that people expected to see on a beach. She caught sight of someone wandering around the beach, tilting her head slightly at the familiarity. Then, her heart dropped when she realized it was Matt. She hadn't minded the posing until then- which is when it made her feel both slightly guilty and also very good. It was better than the numbness, she supposed.

i like that idea, we could do that :) at the end of this day, we could skip to the weekend? start with the festival there?) - Matt wasnt planning on looking up any time when he was leaving the beach, but the sea was getting a litte more choppy and he glanced, without meaning to, at the area where he had been sat. As he bought his gaze back he caught Trixie's eye ever so quickly, and he felt slightly sick She had seen him. He quickly averted his gaze to the guy she was stood with, a slight anger taking over. Should he go over there? Start an argument for no other reason than, why not? After not so careful consideration he decided to keep away, simply frowning in their direction and making his way off the beach. If she wanted to play that way, he could rise to it just as well.
