He awoke to the sound of knocking, answering and seeing it was Kylie. "Yea?" Max asked tiredly, looking a wreck.

"Hey, I just forgot my phone," she hummed lightly.

He stepped out of the way, rubbing a hand over his face.

Kylie walked in, grabbing her phone. "Are you okay? You look away little rough," she said gently, coming back over to him.

"Yeah i'm just...worn out." Max explained, Rocky walking around the corner with squinted eyes before walking back to his crate.

Kylie nodded. "Okay, get some rest, love," she smiled. She leaned up, pecking his lips before going back out to her car.

He nodded, heading right back to bed.
