"Yeah, well, I guess you can probably relate then. He wouldn't let me go anywhere except the barn, school, and right by his side"

"My family doesn't care where I go, so long as it's away from them." He stated.

Dakota nodded silently

"We have each other, though. And our horses." He offered, trying to cheer her up.

"That's true" She said with a small, soft smile

"I have some horse board games." He stated, "If you want them. I'm gettin' rid of some things."

"Sure. At the very least it'll keep me busy when my brother hates me" She said with a small smile

"Cool." He nodded. "It's a tote full, so plenty of games."

"You're sure you're alright with staying over tonight? You don't have to"

"Yeah." He nodded, "Not a problem."
