Kvothe slides the ring onto her finger. "Let's go eat then we can go back" he suggested. "I made a reservation. I know how much you like penut butter ice cream, and asked them to make their special desert that has that in it" Kvothe tells her, kissing her.

She chuckled and traced his chest muscles. "And then, we can have some fun. How about that, handsome?" She asked, closing the gap between them and wrapping her arms around him. She kissed him passionately, and wished they didn't need to go. She sighed and let him go, taking his hand. "Let's go eat and head to the hotel after?" She suggested as they walked out and hailed a cab. The drive was short, just 10 minutes, until they pulled up to an expensive looking resturaunt. She looked over at Kvothe and smiled, "I love you, babe."

Kvothe smiles, "Are you on birth control? I mean I'm happy to have kids but don't want any if you aren't ready or don't want them" he tells her. "I'd be absolutely up for some fun" he kisses her. Kvothe leads her into the resteraunt where the were immediately led to the back room. It was completely closed off from the rest of the restaurant so that they could have their privacy. Kvothe hands Delilah the menu.

"Thanks. And um, No. Let's pick some up on the way to the hotel. The pill kind. I never really thought about it." She blushed and hid behind the menu, pretending to be looking at food. "I'll get the tomato soup and grilled cheese. I know, sounds boring and dumb, but it's honestly my favorite meal ever. Then, we'll get dessert. Okay, babe?" She said, still mesmerized by him. "You're too handsome for my own good." She sighed.

Kvothe nods. "We can stop by the pharmacy on the way back" he offers. As he looks over the menu he nods. "Sure, whatever you'd like my Angel" he says, ordering parmasean pasta for himself. "Anything to drink?" he asks her.

"Just water." She says quietly. Delilah had always been weary of her weight, especially in front of men. "I'm not that thirsty." She says, though she really just wanted to keep off the calories. The food came, and Delilah midlessly ate, thinking about Rebecka again. She isn't even that pretty. I understand he had a life before me, but I didn't have any love life before him. It's not fair. He has the looks and the compassion. He also has experience with relationships too? I mean, come on! I'm his only love now. As far as I know, at least. She felt her face turn into a glare at the napkin next to her plate. At least he didn't seem to like that waitress even a little bit. I'm surprised he isn't worried someone will flirt with me. Huh. Oh, I guess I ate all my food. Oops... "I'm ready to order dessert when you are, handsome." She said, hoping she hadn't looked angry or rushed.

Kvothe noticed that she was quite lost in thought. She did not even answer when he asked her how it tasted. "What's wrong?" he asks her.

"N-nothing." She stammered, "Just thinking about competition." She ordered the special peanut butter dessert Kvothe had told her about. "Do you want dessert?" She asked him, blushing for no reason.

When the dessert came, she quickly ate and muttered, "That was good." They waited for the check, and when it came Kvothe paid and Delilah stood up quickly. She held out her hand, wanting to hold his. "Ready, handsome?" She said, suddenly keyed up and wanting to go to the hotel. "We still need to stop by the pharmacy, babe." She reminded him, with all her intentions of loving him tonight.

Kvothe nods, "I didn't forget" he says, kissing her nose. He led her to the nearby pharmacy.
