Saphire smiled then sat down on the ground. "I feel like we need some sort of shelter. Give me a moment" she handed him the leash then walked to a tree, climbing it swiftly. She breathed in the air. It smelled like rain. Her eyes took in the large clouds that were slowly rolling in. "We gotta fins sometpwhere to hide and fast" she said as she glided down to meet Cade at the bottom "there is a large storm rolling in. It looks bad"

Cade nodded. "I saw a small cave on my way into town, we can go there."

Saphire nodded then gave Rascal a little tug as she began walking. "Ok then. Where is it?" She flashed him a weak smile before turning forward again

"Grab Rascal and follow me." They walked for a bit, in a comfortable silence. After around 10 minutes they reached the cave, it was small but not crammped. It had enough room to comfortably fit the three of them.

She sat down in the back of the cave, watching the sun begin to disappear and the clouds take over the sky. "Here we go" she said
| |
It began to rain, heavily. Cade sat by the entrance, watching. "I've always liked the rain."
"In the complete opposite. I have some bad memories in the rain" she said. She pet Rascal who curled up against her leg.

Cade hummed in response. He decided to take a chance and make a joke. "The fiery gates of hell don't mix with water."
She gave a guarded laugh. "Yeah it really doesn't" she rolled her eyes and leaned back against the wall. "I don't see rain often but when I do it's almost like acid"
| |
Cade turned to face her. "I'm sorry, that must suck." He said, making eye contact.
