Sage grinned sheepishly when Claudia mentioned they were in a bit of trouble and then nodded when she mentioned him a job. He felt his shoulders relax slightly when the man nodded and then blinked in surprise. That was like ten times what he made at the tavern...how could he say no to that? "I'll do whatever you need most," he told the man with a nod. Well, at least that had gone well. "We're having an issue with a monster hunter. Do you maybe have a room we could hide Claudia here in?" The man knew she was a vampire, her and her family, but he kept his voice low so no one overheard them.

Claudia smiled at Sage, great, he was getting a different job, it would be paying well too. "Very good, absolutely, I will ask someone to get a room for yall." Mr.Lopex pulled over one of his workers, "Please get a room for these two guests. And please don't charge them, they are friends of mine.", the worker nodded, writing something down on her notepad before calling workers to get a room for them. "Please make yourselves at home, if you do excuse me though, I need to get food out to customers. I will be glad to talk to you about a job after I'm done. And Claudia if you would be interested in working here, I would allow that to. See you both later.". The larger man hustled into the kitchen, calling orders to be finished. "Well, that went quite well." Claudia looked over at Sage and laughed, it had gone better then 'well'. "We would be earning 360 a day if we both worked! Imagine how much in a week!".

Sage chuckled and nodded, waving the man on, and then grinned over at Claudia with an enthusiastic nod. "Things are going very well," he agreed. He grinned wider after she'd done the math and nodded enthusiasticly. "I know," he chirped. "I think we'll be alright. Of course, well have to be careful of that man, but we'll manage," he hummed. "Now come on, let's find our room." He took her hand and walked until he found their room and flopped down in the bed with a weary sigh.

Claudia sighed once they got to their room, she chuckled and sat wearily on the bed next to Sage. "Definitely some ups and downs of our day so far, wouldn't you agree?" Claudia continued, "I did the math as we were coming up, in a week we could earn 2,520 dollars, in a month...10,080! I don't even wanna tell you what there would be in a year.". Claudia shook her head and laughed, they weren't going to be broke for long, that's for sure. She lay down next to Sage, looking over at him, she chuckled, brushing her hand to his cheek.

Sage chuckled and nodded then looked over at Claudia with wide eyes. "You could do that math all in your head," he squeaked, rather amazed that she could do that. Then he nodded and grinned. Things were looking up for them, that was for sure. He felt her hand on his cheek and he looked over at the girl, a soft smile on his face.

Claudia smiled, moving closer to the boy, close enough that she could feel his warmth. She looked up at him, her eyes practically glistening with affection, Claudia suddenly shot up, her lips kissing Sages. She placed her hand gently on the back of his head, gently pulling him in. Claudia pulled away for a moment and smiled, looking at Sage, "Sage, I love you.". She didn't believe she had ever aid that to him before, it was true though...and she needed him to know. She felt her heart racing as she looked him in the eyes.

Sage was surprised for a moment when the girl suddenly shot forward, but kissed the girl back happily. He felt a smile tug at the corner of his mouth when she pulled him in, heart speeding up and a blush spreading across this face. When the girl pulled away, he smiled up at her and nodded. "I know," he hummed. "I love you too." Hearing the girl saying that seemed to make the whole room light up...it was really nice to hear. He definitely didn't regret getting together with this girl, not at all.

Claudia smiled, nodding as she looked at him. She was still quite tired even if it had been a few hours since she woke up. Still laying down she looked up at the ceiling and sighed, she shut her eyes for what felt like a split second, and Claudia fell asleep, right then and there, it had been a bit too busy of a morning for her liking, and she has the right to at least have a small break or rest after it all. And she was next to Sage...her Sage, it just felt right, to be next to him, to feel his warmth around her.

Sage smiled when the girl fell asleep, more than happy to be her pillow of a sort. He ran his fingers through her hair gently for a while until he himself got tired and turned around to pull the bed's blanket over the two of them and curled himself around the girl happily. He lay there for maybe ten minutes before he drifted off to sleep too, more than happy to be curled up with his Claudia.

Claudia woke up after what seemed like a few minutes, she woke up next to Sage, turning and craning her neck to look at him, and she smiled. Slowly sitting up she looked at the clock in her room, gosh, it would be dinner time in an hour! Claudia looked back at Sage and smiled, running her fingertips gently through his black hair. She sighed before standing up and remembering she was wearing the same clothes from last night, she must have hadn't realized she hadn't changed. Claudia walked over to her bag of clothes and picked out one of the dresses she had brought. A glistening long black dress, it was beautiful...she walked over to the side of the bed where Sage was, and she shook him gently. "Could you tie this up for me?" Claudia needed help tying up her back piece, she felt her face get hot at the question.
