Dylan smiled and kissed her. (What if she goes away to the military, and they stay together, and communicate through letters. But Dylan really misses her, and she's not there when he goes back for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Letters start to become less and less frequent, until Dylan can't take being alone anymore so he breaks up with her in a letter. He dates a few girls over the years, and when college is over he gets a job, moving on with life. But one year, he comes back for Thanksgiving/Christmas and Lilith is back from the military and its really awkward,)

"I got a recruitment letter from the Army. Not sure I wanna do it." She stated.

If you don't wanna do that idea, that's fine :] ) Dylan froze. He wasn't expecting that. He didn't want her to go either. "Okay..."

"I mean, I also mentiond going to vet or medical school." She stated.

Dylan nodded. "Well, whatever you choose, I'll support you. You also don't have to choose right now," he murmured, smiling softly at her, but it didn't quite reach his eyes.

"Can we just enjoy the moment?" She asked.

Dylan nodded. "Yeah," he agreed. "Cmon, let's go home. I'm sure my mom already has dinner ready to go,"
