Andi calmed down slightly, hearing his voice but she was still extremely worried about him. She had never seen him look so weak and distraught before and it was upsetting her big time. She slowly wrapped all her fingers around his, holding his hand lighlty as she started to relax. Yes, she was worried about him but she knew he was tough and knew he would get past it even if he looked horrible right now. At his question she stayed silent for a moment "Weak... And in a lot of pain... But otherwise I'm fine" Andi replied slowly, her voice sounded low and slightly raspy as her throat was dry. She looked around at the room then took a look at all the machines. She hated being the one in a hospital, it was never a good time being laid up in a bed with machines hooked up to you like your a robot. |

Tyler somehow, in everything, found a small smile to try and comfort Andi. Really more just a twitch in the side of his mouth, but he was trying. His mouth was dry. "You're alive... that's all that mattered. I was really worried, Andi." He paused, letting out a slightly dry couch with a wince. "You should've let me come with you." He pointed out hoarsely, closing his eyes a moment and taking in a slow, shuddering breath. "But I'm really really really really really glad you're okay." Tyler's eyes said he wasn't lying- he was concerned but very happy she was talking, breathing, and healing. |

Andi brought her attention back to Tyler just in time to see the small twitch in his mouth, which was a smile. She smiled back weaklily just seeing him try to smile comforted her more than he probably knew. She lsitened to him quietly as talking took a lot of energy for her to do at the moment. Andi listened to him through every pause, letting him get out what he needed to say. After he finished what he had to say she let out a quiet, shakey sigh "I'm sorry... I just didn't want you to get hurt more..." She paused taking in a deep raspy breath trying to get the energy to continue to speal. "I'm glad to be okay too... And I'm glad your here right now" She admitted, her voice getting quieter and more hoarse with every word. Small tears started to form as her eyes from a mixture of pain and seeing Tyler look so worried as well. |

Tyler took extreme comfort in the fact that Andi could actually smile, unlike him. The extreme pain that came from watching her suffer made the comfort seem like the smallest moon compared to Jupiter. "It's not your fault... you did the right thing. I should've known..." He forced the words out, the blockage not from pride but from such a high sense of guilt he could barely even speak it. "I will not leave you, Andi. Ever. You will never have to worry about that." Tyler stated firmly, trying to sound like a human and less like a vampire choking on blood. He let out a slow breath, the movement in itself making his chest hurt. Tyler really hoped he hadn't broken any of his ribs in his crash landing. +Please no, I beg of you ribs. Do not tell me you broke+ He thought, closing his eyes again and regaining his sane thinking. Tyler opened his eyes to see small pinpricks of tears forming at the corners of Andi's eyes. "No gosh no don't cry now- you're being unhelpful." Tyler attempted a huff which quickly turned into a cough. "Hey, I'm okay. Don't worry about me." He murmured to hopefully help with one problem, then tried even harder to send a sort of *painkiller* over to her- an angelic painkiller, in a sense. "If I get to the point where I need to treat my wounds, I will." Tyler promised, knowing that he was well past that point for a normal human... but what the heck. He should be a brick wall compared to them. |

Andi nodded slightly at his words about it not being her fault but a small part of her still felt like it was. If she had just let him come along she wouldn't be like this and he wouldn't be sitting here watching her. More tears started to swell in her eyes as she started to think more. She glanced over at Tyler as he began to speak, she sniffed slightly "I'm sorry..." She mumbled quietly, almost in a whisper as she tried to get the tears to not fall but couldn't help let one or two fall down. She couldn't say anything else her throat hurt too much now to say anything but she was happy to hear that he would take care of himself. Andi sank her head back against the pillow as the pain started to fade away a bit, she closed her eyes slightly starting to relax. She knew Tyler was doing this... Somehow she could just tell, she gave his hand a small squeeze in a thankful gesture. |

Tyler tilted his head slightly, looking a bit sorrowful. "Oh Andi..." He sighed, looking at the floor and trying to think up something, anything to make this better. "Oh c'mon it was a joke don't be sorry. You just relax, heal, and know that I'm with you. I won't let anything else happen to you." He smiled faintly, giving her hand a quick squeeze as a hopefully comforting thing. "Just sleep. Don't worry about a thing." Tyler murmured soothingly, his voice somehow holding a tone to it that would make any human sleepy. (Assuming Andi fell asleep XD) After she fell asleep, Tyler pushed himself to his feet and dragged himself out to a small room where the doctors stored their supplies. He then *stole* the things he needed, going back into Andi's room to start the painful process. Tyler first cut away his pant leg- of course the stitches had been ripped out. He cleaned away the blood, cleaned out the wound, and proceeded to stitch his wound up. He might've taken a class or two on how to stitch up wounds while Andi was at work one day or two. Tyler then moved on to his hands- he just cleaned them up. He inspected his ribs- none broken, thank the lord, just his whole chest majorly bruised in black and blue. Tyler had somehow found a portable mirror to badly stitch up the cut on his face after cleaning it- that one was bad... it would leave a scar quite like the one on his cheek. 2 hours later after patching up every wound and returning the medical supplies he did NOT use, cleaning up the chair, and breathing for at least 10 minutes, Tyler was back to sitting in the now-light-orange-again-chair, his head din his hands, trying not to puke. Every muscle in his body screamed and every fiber mourned for the loss of his blood. In his mind the existing blood was frantic trying to replace the old blood and zoomed everywhere in his body, meaning he felt hyper and dizzy and lethargic all at the same time. Tyler was not a doctor, but these symptoms didn't feel normal. Another hour later he had knocked himself out and was laying dead asleep in the chair. |

Andi slept fine for a long time only shifting every now and then, letting out soft groans of pain. Around 10pm she started to dream, it was just a replay of the events that had happened that day. Except she was outside of her body, watching as everything went down. Standing helplessy as she couldn't yell or scream to help get herself out of the way or stop the truck from hitting her. She stood and watched as the truck barreled into her car, flipping it down and over into a ditch. No matter how much she wanted to help or scream or to even get out of the dream she just couldn't. As the dream continued her heart beat sky rocketed through the roof. Her breaking point was finally when she saw the EMT's carrying her limp body out from the car, her figure looked pale and lifeless but they still loaded her into the ambulance. As soon as those ambulance doors shut Andi shot up in bed, she was gasping for air and a rush of pain shot through her from jolting up so fast. A nurse came rushing in as they had seen her heart sky rocket over the monitor and came to check on her. "Andi, it's okay sweetie. Your fine please take some breaths." The nurse spoke calmly trying to get her to settle down |

Tyler stayed completely lights out until he heard Andi sit up in her bed. At that time he himself felt a jolt of fear from not knowing why she did it or if she was okay, so he woke up quite quickly. Tyler took in a sharp breath of air, grimacing as the pain flew back to him. He took almost a minute to just get used to the lights, and his body starting to radiate with pain again. "Are you okay?" He asked in a chokingly hoarse whisper, pushing himself up in the chair with a slight groan. Tyler mentally smacked himself when he realized Andi had a bad dream- he was supposed to PREVENT those things. It was the least he could do and now he couldn't even do that. He dropped his head into his hands and tried not to touch the bruises on his face, closing his eyes a moment to figure out what to do or say. |

The nurse finally got Andi to settle down after a moment. Once she did settle down the nurse left the room. Andi still was breathing heavily but she was just settled back against the bed, she looked over at Tyler and didn't really say anything at first. "I'm okay.." She finally said not willing to admit that she was still scared over whatever dream she just had. Andi saw him drop his head into his hands, she figured that there was something he was upset about. So with whatever energy she had at the moment, she shifted herself closer the side of the bed he was on with a few winces. She reached out her hand and gave him a gentle tap on the head to get his attention. "What's wrong?" She asked in a faint whisper wanting to just get him to talk instead of having it all up in his head. |

Tyler lifted his head slightly when he heard Andi shuffle around, letting out a low breath. "Nothing, I'm fine. Stitching myself up just wasn't fun. Anyway, is there anything I can do for you?" He answered with a faint smile, trying to cheer her up slightly even though he knew she was in a lot of pain. A quick thought occured to him whilst he was sitting there, and it sickened his stomach more than it already was, but he ignored it for the moment. "If not I really need to do something- quickly anyway. It should only take 15 minutes or so." Tyler mumbled, trying to breath deeply to see if his lungs were injured- if his ribs failed to protect them. It hurt, but not badly. |
